I'm sure Naoto knew I meant business because I immediately started shooting off my prepared laundry list of interrogative questions. his answers were straightforward and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to mislead me. he even let me sit in the car for a while as I went through the car's computer to verify the settings and programs so that I know it is exactly what I'm looking for. you had his attention, responsiveness to texts and calls were timely, and he really didn't seem like there was a sales quota that had to be met looming over his head. one nice and unexpected surprise was that he took out a blank sheet of paper and itemized every single cost so that it is very clear and understandable. with any big ticket item that comes with a bunch of additional fees added, transparency is a must. knowing specifically the make, model, and body trim i was in search of, i was super picky. over the course of almost a month and being disappointed by multiple test driven cars prior, i am happy with this purchase and the process of the buying transaction. honestly, first impressions for this business isn't that great mainly due to its location and initial appearance as you walk up to it, but you're buying one of their cars - not leasing their storefront (he did tell me that they're moving to a bigger place with an actual indoor showroom, though). don't judge a book by it's cover, but it also goes without saying: always be mindful and scrupulous! overall, it waz pressure-free, easy going, and not nerve racking. if they have your car, they're definitely at least worth checking out. last thing: he's going to want a picture of you and the car before you leave. AB Autotown has the best pre-owned cars in town. We bought a 2008 Honda Oddysey in 2013 that had only 36,000 miles on it. It is the best purchase we made for our family. We got rear ended really bad in that car but it needs only minor repair and most importantly my kids were completely fine!! My wife feels confident driving kids around, it's so big so it's easy to pick up groceries too. The auto doors make it convenient to get in and out. On Aug. 23rd, I purchased a car from AB Auto. Yoko was my contact person and well, there are not enough words to thank her or describe her amazing attention, quality of service, understanding, helpfulness, and willingness to work with me in every way regarding the sale. She contacted me over the days leading up to the sale. When I arrived in the morning, she gave me her undivided attention right away. I had a rental to return and was going to return to pick up the purchase on Saturday the 24th. I was then trying to formulate a plan to return on Saturday but had the dilemma of a rental and a purchase with only one driver as most of my contacts were not available for the long return drive. So I came up with the idea to return the rental in her town if there was such a place, and then I could drive home the purchase myself and not need anyone else. She had the team do an oil change for me and a 'one last look' under the hood and car. While they were doing that, I returned my rental about three miles away and said I would walk back to the shop to give them time for the service. She offered to have someone pick me up, almost insisted, but I assured her it would be fine. Upon my return to the shop, she had 'bad news' for me and taking the car that day might not happen as the 'one more time' look lead the mechanic to suggest replacing the axle...for no cost to me! The car was used. I did not expect perfection, but the perfection came as Yoko and the team put the repair into motion for me as long as i could wait for it. Needless to say, I was stuck far from home without a ride, but, my ride just needed more time to be fixed by the very people that sold it to me!! While 3 hours may seem like a long wait promise, it was about a half hour faster and when completed, I drove home with the car. There is so much more to the story but I wanted ANYONE reading this to know a few things...AB Auto, Yoko and the team, all went way over expectations in every aspect of the deal. Total class, total caring, total service. I suggest any person looking for a used car, contact them and enjoy all of what I did, minus the extra repair maybe!!! But hey, they did not have to, which speak loudly about integrity!!!! Yoko, THANK YOU so much...and to all that helped me make this purchase, which was a huge surprise for my son and the look on his face when I showed up in the car AND, even better when I told him the story!!
