Sam and PJ were very nice and the Jeep was pretty close to what i was looking for. However, things went downhill when I tried to purchase it. They pulled a bait and switch where the Jeep was listed for $24k but when they brought me the financing paperwork they added $7k in fees BEFORE tax/dmv. When I said I didnt want the gap ins, theft fee, or warranty the finance guy lost his mind and went full aggro on me. It is not only illegal to sell a vehicle for more than it is listed for (with "non removable items") but it makes a customer feel scammed. $31k for a Jeep with 70k miles is crazytown. I sadly do not recommend Jims for their unethical practices.

I called daily, sometimes multiple times, and was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. I eventually had to borrow my wife's car and show up unannounced just to get a straight answer from Daniel, the service manager. My car was not washed as promised. I was charged over $700 with no acknowledgment of the poor experience. The service recommendations included repairs on components I had replaced less than a year ago -- and the technician's own video contradicted the written estimate, which raises serious questions about the integrity of the recommendations. To top it off, I received a text afterward asking me to give a "10/10" on this survey. I'm giving zeros wherever I can. I am a patient person. It takes a lot to push me to this point. This dealership managed it without breaking a sweat. Avoid Hyundai Carson. You deserve to be treated like a customer -- not a transaction

We came in on a Wednesday evening looking for a particular vehicle in stock - a used vehicle to be exact. Unfortunately we got there too late, it was no longer available. We came in with a budget for a used 2023 Rav4 and walked out with a great deal on a 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium. Daniel was helpful, accommodating, and made the process seamless. Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. While they performed the oil change, they found a few other issues with our over 20 year old car and provided us with (what we perceive as) fair quotes for the job. Calling to make an appointment seems pretty straightforward and I like that they text with updates. The actual shop is a bit hard to find since it is in a squishy lot with a bunch of other auto repair stores. I really love the overall location because it is smack dab in Old Town Torrance and it is lovely to be able to drop off the car and go get some grub in the area!
