First I must that they did get me in a car but at what cost. I purchased a 2021 Kia after putting a pretty hefty down payment fast forward to now. In one month my car have shut off dead on Biscayne Blvd not even my emergency lights can go on. Now I'm someone who always update with my maintenance so how in 4months I am having issues with my car. In all honesty.. dont shop here. My experience was horrible. From being pre-approved.. to waiting hours.. to being told I should lie to the bank when they call.. Then I get the vehicle and drive home.. It is ant infested, 1000's of ants crawling about out of the door hinges and everywhere.. Auto express credit is the worst dealership of all time. Do not go there to buy a car. They will be very persistent but do not fall for it. The owner have a bunch of people that works there that don't care about the customers. I bought a car last month from this place and the car has been having issues since I got it and the dealership refuses to fix the issue. They keep giving me the run around and treating me like I'm not paying money for the car that I bought. They are a fraud and negligent. It has been a very stressful experience since I got this car because I need the car for school and work and everyday I drive the car I hope it won't stop in the middle of the road with me. I have a filed complaints with the Florida Highway safety and motor vehicles against this dealership because I truly believe there's some illegal activities going on over there especially with my car buying experience. They need to be investigated and apprehended because I can't take this stress anymore. I need something done now. I have been hung up on and transferred around to people. when they realize it's me on the line they talk to me harshly like I'm supposed to be intimated and hang up. i will go to the news outlet if I have to get my car fixed that I'm paying for. Love the car selection, but disappointed overall with the service. Before you buy a car, these guys are sweet, helpful, and charming, of course. My one joy is they worked with any type of credit, so I did not need to go the co-signer route. After everything that followed, however, I wish I had taken that route. After selecting the car and making the down payment, I noticed roaches in the car the first night. Gross, but I wasn't willing to damn them over simply that. I bugged the car and never even mentioned it to them. They offered "cheapest" insurance through some company they were affiliated with. I was told one quote on the phone while in their office, and the salesmen told me he was sure this was the best rate I could get and after the first payment the monthly cost nearly doubled. Not necessarily their fault. I call to speak to the salesman that I worked with, no response. I found a much more affordable option on my own. When I'm finally able to get a hold of him and express my disappointment with them referring me to this company, he is unaffected and flat out tells me it has nothing to do with him. His name is Geo, by the way. I'm shocked by this language and attitude, but I let it go. They told me I could pay to transfer the registration from my leased car to the new car. Being a first time buyer, I took their word. When my temporary tag was about to expire, I called Geo several times and left several voicemails (no response) and finally called the property directly. After two weeks of being told I would get called back, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $300 in order to get that tag. My temp tag is expired at this point. After getting pulled over (for the first time ever!) and told my car could be impounded, the car stays parked for a month while I try to get a new tag. I paid the fee over the phone and was told to come in (the store is about 45 minutes away) to get it. Once I get there, they tell me I was supposed to use the tag from my previously leased car. Nice. I express my frustration and loss of income as a delivery driver over this entire fiasco. Once again, I am given the "not my problem" routine from every individual I speak to. Disappointed but no longer surprised. I was diagnosed with a moderately serious illness about a month or so after purchase. Serious enough that I take serious cutbacks on hours at my primary job. I communicate this to them and ask if there is anything that can be done, whether it be refinancing or whatever the case, as I was able to get both personal and student loan payments deferred. I am told to continue making the payments or they will come and pick up my car. To be clear, again, both my bank and loan provider immediately offered me options after I informed them of my diagnosis. The man I spoke to did not skip a beat and did not even mask his disinterest in the conversation. I made more than one payment late. Finally, COVID-19. My income becomes even more strained after completely losing my main source of income. My landlord, my utilities, even my car insurance company provides options for me to remain current in the midst of this pandemic. Auto Express Credit did not offer one. I simply ask if I can at least make payments online instead of having to call and wait on hold, as at this point I've become a full time delivery driver and need access to my phone throughout the day. I am told that because of my previous late payments this is not an option. I finally tell the payment person how disappointed I've been since the day I signed my paper and how disheartening it is to be in business with people who truly, deeply, and genuinely could not give two effs. She asks me what it is that I want her to do. I tell her to have a nice day and hang up the phone. That was the final straw that led to me writing this review today. I haven't been a perfect client by any means, and have even explored the option of returning the car while considering how it would affect my credit. I am a young college student and first time buyer, and have probably been naive enough to think that they care about me as a customer. Might sound dumb, but I actually believed everything that was said to me when I first walked in. Realizing they genuinely don't care? Makes me sadder than I can even express. As someone who works in customer service and has dealt with my fair share of rude customers, I maintain that there is no reason to ever be rude, unkind, or callous to other human beings, especially not to someone who has never been any of those things to them. If anything I am motivated to attempt to pay my car off earlier than intended if only to avoid ever having to communicate with these people ever again. Moral of the story: get a co-signer! read more

This company is the worse. We put a 1000 dollars down on an absolute lemon The car was a 2014 Crysler 200 and had issues two days later. The transmission has a hose leak, front end needs alignment and the car rattled when you drive it. We are out 1600.00 and refuse to pay another penny. I believe that since they sold this lemon that at least the down payment of 1000.00 should be returned to us immediately. We asked them to come and get the car and instead of facing us during the day to repo it so we can have the proof for the insurance company not to take the payment from our account on a car we no longer have they came like THIEVES IN THE NIGHT AND TOOK THE CAR. i would have expected that maybe 6 months or a year later that since this was a used vehicle that we might have issues and the car may be in the need of repair but not two days later.
