I just purchased a 2016 BMW at High Q and I can state that the sales price was more than fair (and I had been shopping for months). In addition they gave me $3,500 more in my trade than carMax offered (so with the sales tax credit it was more like $5,000). The facility was nice, the salesman and the owner were both nice but personable, making the wait pass quickly. As for a dealer fee, Florida law requires that if a dealer charges a dealer fee, it must charge the same to all customers. Most dealers do charge $695-$995. They also include free maintenance (wish I lived closer). Overall I am quite pleased with the transaction and I am also very pleased with my new car. read more

My experience with the sales rep john was great. After 2 1/2 hrs of on going saying they can help me with NO success, i left. Just a few moments ago i got a call asking why i rated them 1 star. The guy was very nasty. I hate the dealership. I dont recommend no one to do business there. I was even warned not to go there. I emailed High Q regarding a particular car they were advertising online. I quickly recieved a reply via email and a voicemail from a woman named Heather. I confirmed with her the availabilty of the specific car I wanted to see and she said it was still available. We made arrangements to come in at 5:30 the upcoming Friday and Heather stated she would be there and she would assist us. I arrived Friday at 5:25, I was told they would get Heather for me. 10mins later they advised me Heather had left for the day but Ira new what I was here for and would assist me. Ira had no clue, I felt bad because I could tel he was new there but this place already was getting thumbs down from me. We let Ira know what car we came to see and after taking a few rounds through the parking lot he realized this car was not at this lot!!! He said it was at thier other location 15mins away!!! Wow, really?!! So not only did Heather say she would be there, I come early and she left. The next guy doesnt have a clue what he is doing and now the car I came to see isn't even there!!!! As I was leaving and thanked Ira for his time he then ran back out as we were about to leave saying to please wait, that his manager Frank had said he would allow him to go get the car. We decided to give him another shot and said ok, fine we will wait. We waited 30mins and he came with the car. It wasnt exactly in the condition we had hoped for which wasn'nt a major deal but we were curious as to how much the Dealer Fees were. The manager Frank stated $995!!!!! They broke everything down for us to understand, they were upfront about everything and allowed us to make the decision that was best for US. To bad there is not a rating less than one star. I was all excited to get a call that i was pre approved to get a car. I immediately went to the dealership and found a car the initial process was not to bad as i was able to get a car with the amount I had for the down payment in the price range and interest rate i was looking to stay within- before i signed anything i made sure that there would be no surprises or additional fees. I was assured by my salesman that there would not be. About a week after I left with my car I received a phone call that I needed to come in and sign some additional paperwork, while i thought this was odd I went in. Within 5 minutes I knew something was up- my salesman would hardly make eye contact with me, after sitting there for about 40 minutes I finally asked what the hold up was at which point I was told they were waiting on the sales manager, they pulled me into the office and said that they were going to need an additional $1000 (yes one thousand) dollars from me for my down payment as they had made an error on my paperwork. I was floored- after a lot of back and forth i told them they could just have the car back as I was not in a position to pay $1000 for their mistake. About 3 weeks later I got a call asking when I was going to take care of my $187 balance there was apparently a hidden fee they NEVER told me about- I specifically asked if there would be any more fees at time of purchase and assure that there wouldn't be - but low and behold in small print in my paperwork it was there ( i refuse to pay this btw) After almost an hour and a half we were able to get everything resolved and i did not give them any more money. Does Not change the fact that it was very stressful and consumed the better part of my morning. High Q also advertises free maintenance for a year, i tried for 13 days (10 business days) to schedule my oil change- they never contacted me back - so it left me no choice i had to go pay for an oil change else where and I have also filed a complaint with the BBB - While I love my car this place is a scam- i will be staying on top of my complaint with the BBB and be filing them each time i try to schedule my complimentary maintenance if they continue to avoid me. read more

They lied to me 4 times. Don't buy the 2009 Mazda MX-5 Miata they have for sale right now unless you want to throw money away (VIN: JM1NC25F390201670) TL;DR 1) They lied to me about the trim package. 2) They lied to me about the trim package again. 3) They lied to me about available options. 4) They lied to me about the interest rate they were giving me. The long version: They currently have a 2009 Mazda MX-5 Miata for sale for 15k that is listed as the Grand Touring trim, which is the highest trim level available (VIN: JM1NC25F390201670). For anyone who has done even a little bit of research, it is easy to tell that it is a Sport level, which is one step above base (http://www.miata.net/faq/america/2009.html). Lie number one. I called this out to the salesman, and he stood by the obvious misnomer. I made an offer on the car for 10k (a fair deal for a Sport with it's specs according to Edmunds TMV), and it was of course rejected. They "ran the VIN," and it came back as Touring level. Lie number two. I told them that I was looking for the suspension upgrade option that comes with better shocks, sway bars, and a limited slip differential. They told me that the MX-5 version comes with this. Not only did a quick look under the hood reveal a lack of sway bars, again, anyone who has done a little bit of research knows that MX-5 is PART OF THE NAME OF THE CAR since 2006 and literally means nothing in terms of options. Lie number three. When the salesman took my 10k offer to the manager, he came back with financing options for 13k after my 2k down payment. Now, this would be my first auto loan, and I have no credit, so I'm under no delusions of having a 4% interest rate or anything like that. But the payments would be $295 for 72 months. They didn't tell me the rate explicitly, so I asked for it. Both the salesman and the manager told me when asked, "I think it's 12%," which is reasonable for someone with no credit. I passed on the car because of the previous lies and the ridiculous renegotiated price of 14.5k and went home. When I ran those numbers through a loan calculator, the interest rate came back at 18%, which is 150% higher than what I was told. Lie number four. If you go into High Q Auto, know your stuff, because the sales team is very nice and helpful. I didn't wait all that long during negotiation. Everyone was easy to get along with. It will put you off your guard, and if you haven't done your research, you will get suckered into buying a car for way more than it's worth. read more

Listen for over the past 2 years I have been trying to get out of my 2009 bmw and no one could work out a deal or even entertain looking at my car until I went the high q auto. From the time I walked on the lot I was not rushed by a sales guy and I was able to look around and find what I wanted to test drive. at this point I was met by Erick who honestly took my situation and gave me my best options. I had to go back a couple times during the week just to look at new inventory but that was all apart of my process. finally I test drove a beautiful Hyundai and fell in love with the car. after my decision was made he handed it over the finance manager who worked magic and not only got me out of my car but allowed me to pay a low down payment and my monthly payments went for $120 from what I was paying with the bmw. I found a car online I liked and called this dealership. They SEEMED to be very nice and on point and after the app process, they approved me and told me to come up from Key West and pick up my new car. I took the 5 hour journey and was greeted by a different sales person to start with and he was kind of negative and kept talking like I wasn't getting this car I just traveled over 5 hours to pick up and paid my neighbor $150 to drive me for because They told me I was pre-approved and to come pick up the car... Finally after being jerked around for HOURS (instead of Anyone being straight upfront) the finance guy (the one who told the other rep to tell me to come up there) told me they would not approve me for a car loan because my fiance is on my bank account and they had to cut my income in half. (what retarded idiot BS is THAT??? I Work with sales reps and talked to numerous banks and brokers and they even ALL told me that is just a pathetic response to anything and unheard of)... My fiance even added himself as a cosigner and has No credit because he never uses credit and they STILL said that my income had to be cut in half. So they Literally wasted my day that I could have been working (almost)... So I went across the street and bought a car from Them instead. They sold me a car with mechanical issues which they did not disclose. They also sold me a warranty which there is no paper trail of, with the warranty company, my lender or myself. Have an issue...try getting a return call. They appear so nice, that is until they get you to sign the contract and then they laugh at you, when you are stuck with garbage and a fraudulent warranty, not worth the paper it supposedly exists on. When I purchased this car I was looking for a work vehicle. The Salesman David was unknowledgeable and did not say much when I asked questions. If he wasn't hung over from the night before then he was high when I saw him. He was much like that anytime I had to talk to him. The guy made up answers to questions he did not know. Three weeks after I purchase the car the A/C went out, 3 lights needed replacing and a plug in one of the tires started to leak air. One more week later the engine started leaking. I took the car in to their mechanic to look at the A/C, before the oil leak. When I entered High Q Auto again it was dejavu; David (hung over or high) strolled in to me and told me he would take care of the problem. The seal to the compressor is leaking and he told me I would have to pay out of pocket. I told him that when he said that he would take care of problem then he should have said that he did not know what the outcome would be. He then tried to show me the door. I had my baby in my hand, and while I was telling him how disappointed in all the issues so far then he pushed me out of the entrance door. I couldn't help myself, I tried to keep my baby away as he tried to swing on me. His manager had to grab him before he got any more pushy. If this is the type of people working here, thugs, I would rather give my money to the "other" dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE SALESMEN ARE ALL HUNG OVER DRUG USING DOPE HEADS.
