He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to!
