I originally tried to go to Pro Setters Auto Glass, but he told me that he didn't have an appointment available for another week. He made the recommendation for me to use this company instead, and they sent out Bernard Cook (technician) within 24 hours. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. Wow!! I can't say enough good things about the A+ Auto folks in Houston. During a family trip my windshield developed crack, and we did not want to drive another 500 miles with that concern. I saw many good reviews for the company and gave them a call ...they were MUCH cheaper than the dealership and sent someone to replace the windshield right away. The technician was polite and patient with my questions. He got right to work and quickly installed the new windshield. I've had zero problems with the windshield since. Seven months later I received a notice that there had been a settlement due to problems with the design of my car's windshield. I even bought a Groupon for a company that ended up ghosting me like we had a bad date or something. So when I saw all the rave reviews for A+ I had low expectations but high hopes. Some small pieces of rock hit our Subaru Forester while my wife was driving on the interstate the other night. We live in Brookhaven and I immediately began calling around to a number of places in the area trying to find a reasonable price to repair 2 small cracks and an older crack from a few years ago. There are a couple of places, but surprisingly not a ton of options. You can call around yourself, but I was pretty amazed by some of the price differences. At the end of the day though, it was all of the great reviews and chatting with Bernard that made me feel comfortable going with them. It's a little crazy how many 5 stars A plus has, but my experience was just like most of the reviews. He was courteous on the phone and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. He gave me a super reasonable price quote and was able to schedule me within 48 hours. One of his technicians ended up coming out to do the work, but we thought he did a solid job. He texted to confirm our appointment that morning and everything looked great when he finished. P.S. For people who haven't had this done before on a windshield (this was my first time having this done), don't expect the area of shattered glass to disappear after they come out. I read beforehand, and Bernard confirmed over the phone, that while sometimes a new hole can be fixed and look good as new, older cracks will likely still be visible. However, the material used in the cracks will prevent any windshield cracks from getting worse over time, which was our primary reason for getting this done. read more

After years of complaining about being unable to see while driving at night due to cloudy headlights, I found A+ on yelp and decided to make an appointment. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER! They did such a great job, and it was extremely convenient. I scheduled an appointment within several business days of calling, for them to come to my work. I met them in my parking garage, came back to my desk for no more than 20 minutes before they were calling to say they were finished. At $79, this was a much more cost efficient option than replacing the entire headlight assemblies. First of all, Customer service was great. He was personable, professional, timely and did not exceed the estimated time for completion. My headlights are on a 2005 BMW 325. I don't know if I've ever seen them clear since I bought it in 2008. This saved me $1500! I have better visibility at night now and my front end looks like I upgraded!
