I call and asked if they can correct their mistake because before ALL of my turn signals worked now NONE work but when I press my brakes my run signal come on now.....Right makes no sense to me either. I was very chill about it till one of the guys transfer me and then I'm told that this isn't their problem because I can't prove it was their work.....if it worked before I came in and when I leave it doesn't work..... He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).

He made the recommendation for me to use this company instead, and they sent out Bernard Cook (technician) within 24 hours. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. I was looking to get a windshield replaced on our family car. Call to get a estimate and received a…read more$245 quote. That quote was without a feature that "I" wasn't sure. Called back to provide the feature and to get a new quote. During this call I was quoted $280. Now both times the person that I was speaking with (Jaime) was to send over his information which also would have allowed me to pay for the window. Never received... Go figure. I then called and left several msgs with no return phone call nor email. Funny thing, I called from a different number and guess who answered? Take a guess. Now she is quoting me $380. I refused to pay the new quote of $380. The following week I called and spoke with whom I believe to be the manager or a business partner. Jaime was out on vacation. He then stated that he would get the correct windshield and call me back with a quote. No call back. Go figure again. I called and he then gathered all of my information related to my vehicle. He requested that I send him pictures of my windshield. Now, he did call me back with a new quote of $240 because her (Jaime's) quote was incorrect. Perfect! I informed him that I was going to be out of town the next day but will connect with him on the following day back. I called today and Jaime answered the phone. She stated that in order to have my windshield replaced. It is going to be.......$380 so when would you like to schedule? . I informed her on the fact the I had spoken with her manager and everything was quoted and ready. She placed me on hold. Came back to tell me that the quote was wrong and the $380 is the correct quote. At this point I realize that there is no reason to keep trying to work with a company that is inconsistent with their information and also not being on the same page. My biggest issue is the customer service piece of this problem. The fact that I was trying to accommodate them by driving to Perimeter area on my day off instead of having them drive to Lawrenceville is sad. Way to do business!
