If i could give this company 0 stars I would. They came to my house to put in a new windshield. They guy who installed the windshield is very knowledgeable, they only issue was he sweat so bad it got all over the inside of my car and seats. I do not mean just a little bit of sweat, it was pouring off of him. Then I guess there were clips missing, so they needed to be ordered. I was right there when he called the office and talked to the manager who said she would order the clips. The installer told me they would call me in the next week or 2 to install them when they arrived. After 2 weeks I did not hear anything. I called and talked to the manager who argued with me saying they never would have installed the windshield if a part was needed. Finally she said she would call the installer and get back to me. She called back and said ok, we will order the part and we set up another appointment. 2 hours before they were due to come install the part, they called saying they did not have the part and we scheduled another appt. They took a lot of stuff apart to install the clips including my windshield wipers. The next time I went somewhere i tried the windshield wipers (which were only a couple of months old) and they were no longer cleaning my windshield, so i had to go buy new ones. Also, it was a nightmare trying to get the $100 from them they owed me per their coupon. I had to call 7 times. They kept lying to me saying it was mailed, then i would call back and they would say, oh it was returned, we will mail it again. The last time I called they told me oh the company who sends the money out is behind in sending them. Bottom line, I would never use this company again. read more

DO NOT WASTE MONEY buying your auto glass from this company !!! They replaced my car windshield a month ago and it cracked and didn't even last a month. When i called to complain, they sent a guy to take a look at it after multiple cancellation. The guy was the biggest unprofessional jerk i have ever seen in my life. He came, took a picture and basically told me that i wasted his time and asked me to talk to the glass manufacture even though Auto Glass Express was the one who installed it. The worst thing is he got in his car and left without even discussing further because he was "angry". What a customer service, right??? Then i called the customer service to report a complaint and as you can imagine "nothing". Basically i was told that the crack happened due to a "chip" and not a real stress crack although there is none that anyone can see in naked eyes. After 3 days of non-stop calling they finally told me that they aren't going to cover it under warranty and so i am out of luck. This is the worst type of customer service. As a preventive action and since i don't want to just quit, i am reporting this to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and also notifying my insurance company to never business with this company ever again. And i am glad to hear that my insurance company has agreed to add them to the "Do not do business" list. That means Auto Glass Express will never be able to file any claim to my insurance company for anyone else in future. I may never hear from this company again and they probably will never replace my glass and i will NEVER call these guys again but i am hoping people see the truth and be aware !!!! I am only giving 5 stars to this business because of their technician Jesus Leon. I had my cracked windshield replaced and the windshield calibrated. When I drove my care, I noticed a few things. None of my safety features were working. Part of the rubber piece around my windshield was "stuck" under the windshield. There were small spots of what looked like glue on the windshield and round suction cup marks as well. I contacted the company and they sent the technician back out the next day to recalibrate the windshield and trouble shoot. As it turns out, the installer did not connect the sensor for my safety features. The gentleman that came back to recalibrate the windshield took my car and was gone for over 2 hours with no communication as to what was taking so long. In addition, my passenger seat was slid all the way back and in the reclining position and there were "round oily" spots on the inside of my windshield which looked like someone had their head against the windshield. I again called the company about my concerns and Jesus Leon came out and inspected the windshield and seal. He then took pictures of the dirty windshield and cleaned it. He explained to me what the purposes of the different components of the windshield and seals. He was very professional and courteous. Also, I was so impressed with the glass cleaner he used. No streaks, no film, perfectly clear glass! Plus, he gave me a can of it! Thank you Jesus Leon! read more

I had been looking around for about a month for a company to replace my cracked windshield. I finally settled on Auto Glass Express and I'm happy I did. I first talked to Paul on the phone who was very friendly and quick about getting my appointment set up. I called on a Monday and my appointment was for Wednesday morning which was awesome, I expected to wait like a week but nope! Paul even texted me to make sure I was all set up and ready to go! On Wednesday morning the glass technician got here a little earlier than expected which was completely fine with me! The sooner the better! Chad went over my car for a quick 2 minutes with me, replaced the windshield in about 30 and handed me CASH IN HAND. He was also very nice, friendly and did a quick and awesome job. I am so happy! After seeing the crack on my windshield, I made a phone call to different in network shops with my insurance and I found this shop and the reviews online, as soon as Michelle answered my call I noticed the difference between her and other agents at other shops who answered me unwillingly and I really wanted to get the work done here . Michelle was really friendly and patient with all my questions . Their customer service is great and her warm and friendly tone and her willingless to help me was the reason I chose them although they were out of network. Paul is the best . He followed up with me to make sure everything is fine. They stood by their words and gave me 120 in cash right after the work was done . Guillermo the technician was great . Yailin was so friendly and knowledgeable when I called Tuesday the 28th. We spoke as if we have known each other along time. She made sure I was totally taken care of and all of my questions were answered. Yailin is due for a raise isn't she? Guillermo, and his assistant, were very professional. They are also very fast. After about 40 minutes I had my new windshield installed! I was so pleased with them. My husbands Ford truck did not have glass coverage. It was a out of pocket cost. I have to say this was the most pain free and quick windshield replacement I've ever had. From the moment I called, Saxton answered, he provided all the information I needed, I provided all the information he needed, and it was seamless from that point! Sexton called my insurance we got that taken care of in a very few minutes. He sent people to my home an hour later to replace the windshield, calibrate the sensors and camera and I still had time to drive to my meeting as he promised! Great service. Good people. I took my Canadian Honda to the Peoria/Glendale outlet on Feb. 28 for a new windshield after getting a huge rock on the drivers side while driving on the I-10. I had a previous quote for a specific service. I turned out that there is no windshield, even at a Honda dealers, that would accommodate all the features on my vehicle (e.g. rain sensor and bottom ice defroster had no connection present on the windshield). After trying everything, even going to a Honda dealer, they had to install the deficient after market windshield. But because they could not provide what they promised, they waived all charges. I offered to at least pay some labor but they wouldn't take that either, saying they were protecting their reputation and their integrity. Never have I been treated so well. read more

Great experience from a bad occurrence. Cracked windshield. Ugh. This is the second time in 2 months that I've had to replace a windshield (my car was the first, this one is for my wife). The first replacement was from a nationally advertised service. I wasn't entirely happy for reasons not important here. For my wife's car I took the time to research local businesses. This is how I found Auto Glass Express. I gave them a call and was helped by Paul. He said he had a replacement in stock and could have it done the next day at my house. He patiently walked me through the insurance approval and within 15 minutes we were finished. The following day the job was done without incident. I called and got an answer right away, Miriah walked me through the process and answered all my questions (I had a lot) this whole time she kept a professional manner and sounded happy at all times. Once my insurance came to check out my whinsheild I was able to get scheduled right away. The very next day I was given a time frame and the whinsheild tech Ryan called me when he was on his way, when he got there and he got there on time. He was extremely friendly and maintained a smile the entire time. He replaced my whinesheild quickly, properly and professionally. I called and got a super friendly and helpful person to assist me. My husband went out to our truck during his lunch break and found a 5 inch cracked piece on the left side right in the driver's line of vision. I immediately called Auto Glass Express. The woman on the phone showed concern, was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. She immediately dispatched a technician and our worries were over within a few hours. As my husband was new on the job, he was concerned he would need to use his lunch break to deal with the technician, but that was not the case. Just had my windshield replaced by Paul and Carl. These guys were way above professional when it can to getting the job done the CORRECT way, educating me and being there when they said they were. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I also liked the fact that the pillar panels were also replaced and not just reused unlike some other MAJOR glass company did. I'm not going to mention names.. but, "SAFE" isn't always better in this case! I will definitely be using them again as well as referring my family and friends to AUTO GLASS EXPRESS. Jesus text me to confirm the appointment the next day. and he called me before he arrive and gave me 25 min as EAT. He was out exactly at the time he said, when he arrive he explain to me how long it will take him to do the work about 20 minutes/car just as he said it would, and explained everything in details. wearing gloves and mask all the time and he disinfected the cars after he was done. They verified info and scheduled the appointment with me in less than 10 minutes. fyi - I had full glass coverage - if you have a deductible or fees for glass you may have a different story. Replaced windshield at my home while I worked in my home office. Good quality glass, no bends/waves. Completed quickly but professionally. I had a great experience with this company. Yailin was awesome throughout the process of getting scheduled the next day at my home for an OEM glass replacement on my Subaru Outback. The car requires a post-glass-installation calibration of the camera behind the windshield. While AGE offered to do that for me, they were fine with me having it done by the dealer. Yailin made that easy and worked with my Subaru service advisor--and got them paid the same day.
