Very friendly associates. It isn't in the best part of town but it is worth the drive. Had some of the best prices in town compared to all the other places I called around too, and the prices included calibration. Some places wanted 300$ just for calibration, but not this place. Very quick about getting you in on the day you need it done. The only downside was that they didn't have a tv on or anything. And the wait is 3-4 hours. Which is pretty long, but they are upfront and tell you that before you bring your car in. Which is nice. I would've been pretty upset if not told ahead of time. However they inform you of everything. Great place and would recommend. read more

Woke up to find a hole in my back driver side window. Can't tell if it was from vandalism or my neighbor throwing a rock from his lawn equipment. Too hard to tell. Checked with Safelite first and they wanted to charge $320 (plus tax) to replace the back window, and they did not have an opening until Saturday which is two days from now. Called Auto Glass Now which was actually closer to my house and they quoted me $233 WITH tax and said I could bring it over anytime the same day for replacement. I have a much older car that didn't need calibration for window replacement, obviously the price would have been higher if it were a newer model. Since I keep a high deductible on my insurance and would be paying out of pocket it was a no-brainer to go to Auto Glass Now for the replacement. The manager who greeted and took care of me was very nice and professional. The workman who came and got my keys for the car was also kind and polite. All in all it took about an hour for them to do the job from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an auto glass replaced. read more

Brad or Bradford, the "Manager" at the Airline Hwy location in Baton Rouge, LA, has POOR customer service!! He acted as if a paying customer should not have questions about an installed windshield, which appeared to have some imperfections with the molding that goes around the top and on each side of the windshield. I would not recommend this establishment for any services because it's a waste of time and money. You will most likely have to, like me, take your vehicle to another company to fix what was done wrong. read more

I've already brought two cars here within the last two weeks. They do their best to quote you with the best price possible. They also allowed me to get my windshield replaced the same day that I called. The windshields also look flawless and haven't had any problems. Worst experience ever :) got my windshield replaced and I had so much water leaking into my vehicle but they claimed it was not their fault despite the fact that I've never had water getting into my car so it must've just been a crazy coincidence right?! 8 months later and I realized that they put two weather strips on top of one another and tried to stick them together with some black adhesive ! Their solution to fixing the other leak that "they didn't cause" was just throwing a bunch of black adhesive in the cracks. Just don't bother. read more

After a very long wait they broke my wiper and antenna. I feel worse off after so much time and money. Staff were pleasant but I am frustrated that they created new problems for me by breaking things and not creating a quicker turnaround time after requiring appointments. A small rock had put a small 1 inch dent on my windshield on a trip. A few weeks later it was freezing, and I blasted my heater. Suddenly, the dent became a 2 feet horizontal crack. I called up one auto glass repair shop. Yet, I got stuck with an answering machine. So, I then called Auto Glass Now. A nice lady picked up the phone, I explained my situation. She told me a crack this size couldn't be repaired, and it would spread. I'd have to get my whole windshield replaced. She then gathered information about my car. I drive a 2010 Mazada 3. From internet research, I determined windshield replacement total costs could range from 185$-1000$ with average being about 255$. So, I was pleasantly surprised when she quoted me 179$ for labor and replacement. She told me they needed to order the replacement windshield, and therefore they couldn't replace it till tomorrow. I asked "How long would it take for them to repair it? She responded it would be about 1 hour. That night a winter storm passed over our area and most of our community was shut down the next day. I called them up and talked to an operator which confirmed that the business had been closed due to the weather. The day after this I called them to set up a new appointment. I talked to the same lady and gave her my information. She couldn't find me in the computer system. I was concerned. She said that perhaps the systems had went down due to the storm. I then dreaded having to wait longer to reschedule a new appointment. I then asked "When was the earliest they could schedule me?" She said "Is 1:30pm today okay with you?" I said "Sure! You had me scared thinking I'd have to wait longer." The lady reassured me that it was no problem and she remembered talking with me earlier. I dropped off my car. It probably wasn't even an hour and I received a call saying my car was ready. I went and picked it up with no problems. I recommend them because they were polite, professional, fairly priced, and quick. There was a computer issue on their end. Yet, they took care of me regardless. They repaired my glass, That was awesome . No complaints there, but charge me for a disposal fee 25$ and did not do it, I had shattered glass in the bed of my truck and behind my seat, the whole glass panel in the bed of my truck as well,...I called to get my money back I received the run a round and I was told I wont get a refund, for having to clean it up myself, I don't appreciate that. I don't find issues with much. Then ask me did I have items in the bed of my truck nothing you couldn't move like a quart of oil and funnel. but if you offer something honor it, don't give me the run around . I have used there services before. more than pleased with them as far as pricing for my clients I have helped or referred to them but, small things like this matter. No problem with the windshield and all stickers were transferred well. However, black rubber cement was left on my driver's side windshield wiper and at the bottom of the glass. But I'm giving them four stars because they made it right. Joel replaced my wipers with some expensive, Alien-spaceship-looking super wipers; every time I use them I wanna cry. Windshield replacement went very well; I am very satisfied with my new windshield. Mechanic was courteous and helpful. Office staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Price was very good ($169 for Toyota Tacoma truck windshield.) Work was by appointment and was completed sooner than promised. I am very pleased with their service! My only complaint: When I made my appointment, they did not tell me they add a 4% surcharge when using a credit card but not for cash or debit card. (They also do not accept personal checks, which I completely understand.) Yes, they pay the credit card company a fee when they accept a card and they're just passing on their costs, which is OK though that's not the normal business practice so I WISH THEY HAD TOLD ME SO WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND ASKED FOR THE COST! She could have easily said, "There is a 4% surcharge for using a credit card but not for cash or a debit card (so bring cash or a debit card if you can.)" I don't normally carry that much cash (or my debit card) and adding a surcharge to use a credit card is not a customary business practice. I called my wife and she went to get cash and drove it out me to pay the bill w/o the additional surcharge, which would have been about $7.00 in my case. Again, I don't have a problem with their policy, just that they didn't tell me this over the phone when I made my appointment. This was an unpleasant surprise and it marred an otherwise excellent experience and cost them a star. read more

I called Safelite on Tuesday and they said they will have a technician out tomorrow between 9am - noon to replace my broken driver side window door for only $312.29. I was relived to here this as I was getting sick and tired of driving without a door window! The following day I was getting concerned because it was getting close to noon and no word from Safelite! I closely examined the email on my smart phone and to my surprise the appointment was scheduled not this Wednesday, but the following Wednesday...I was ready to flip out on them! After calming myself down I called Safelite about this issue and they said there network system did not allow them to make the the appointment the following day regardless of what the customer service rep told me over the phone because the part was not in, but they can more than likely do it Monday rather than Wednesday, so I said ok. I got off the phone dreading the fact that I would have to wait 5 to 7 days before I have my window fixed. So I yelped auto glass and Auto Glass Now quoted me $165 nearly half the price and they got it done that day! That's right that day, not the next day, not a week from now, it was actually only a few hours after I called to schedule the appointment. It took them about one hour to complete and I as so relieved. If I need auto glass work again I will not hesitate to call Auto Glass Now! read more

My new insurance agent put in a five hundred dollar deductible instead of fifty and I had just changed insurance companies so I was blindsided to learn he did not put the deductible I wanted. This meant I had to find someone to fix my windshield at a better price. I got a quote over the phone for Auto Glass Now and was able to get an appointment on the day I requested. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The technician took my car back on time and came back to me to explain some things that the previous glass company had done wrong and assured me that he would make sure everything he did was right. We had previously heard sounds around the windshield and he explained that it had not been sealed correctly but that he would do it right. Guess what? No sounds from the windshield now.
