I spoke with Craig to obtain a quote and schedule a windshield replacement. He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I learned the windshield has advanced functions including sensors for lane control and collision avoidance and a camera that requires in-shop calibration. I confirmed separately the replacement windshield (Pilkington) is high quality and compares very favorably with the OEM windshield that would be much more expensive. They also have a lifetime warranty for leaks. The scheduling was quick and easy. I will post another review after the installation. read more

I took my car in for a windshield replacement. I was told 2 to 3 hours and I waited. On the 2 and a half hour mark I see my car entering the service bay. In the office speaking with several men, I found one who said it will be 2 to 3 hours! STOP what you are doing and bring me my car". This place is located in a little strip and you walk in and it's basically one desk for the secretary and like a bean bag chair I guess for people to sit if they have to wait. Very unassuming but they get 5 stars because they can do things no one else can do. My mirror fell off right before I went to get my inspection sticker which was bad news because it was already expired. I tried DIY fixes and nothing worked because the mirror was too heavy and kept falling off. Then I took it to the dealership where I bought the car and they couldn't do anything to fix it. But at least they recommended this glass repair shop because I walked in no appointment and for $60 they used some special glue and had my car ready for inspection in under 10 minutes. They also guarantee that if it happens again they fix it for free. Doesn't look like much but the people were so nice and they really saved me there. The before and after don't look like much but if y'all knew what an ordeal it was trying to get this fixed you would understand why I'm so grateful to them. read more

After about a month and multiple visits, I finally have the correct windshield. My husband called to make the appointment after All Star Kia recommended Advanced. We gave the Vin # yet the wrong part was ordered and installed. I was not told (initially) they ordered the wrong part until my husband questioned the price. The wrong windshield couldn't be calibrated with my automatic wipers, etc. they were going to scrape off the blacked out section on the wrong windshield and hope I wouldn't notice. They also scratched the leather in my steering wheel. The owner said he pulled the video footage and saw the tech bump the steering wheel with the tool. He had a reasonable conversation with me, initially seemed honest (it may have been since his Dad was in the waiting room at the time) and came clean about all of the problems. I was frustrated but I understood and felt he was willing to make it right. Unfortunately, the replacement glass they ordered arrived broken. They ordered new glass but two weeks later, we still hadn't heard from them. When we called, we were told there was some medical emergency and we were given an appointment(after several calls. I point out, I had already paid at the original appointment AND still didn't have the correct glass.) I had to move the appointment from Tuesday to Thursday but through the phone call, somehow the person on the phone changed 3pm to 1pm. When we received the text reminder of the appointment, we noticed their error and called them. They had overbooked the afternoon and couldn't accommodate my appointment (keep in mind this appointment was to fix their error, it was already scheduled for a week and their office put it at the wrong time, but they couldn't accommodate ME....again). So we confirmed the appointment (and RE-confirmed as we learned they cannot be trusted) and I brought it in for the CORRECT windshield. I WAS TREATED SO POORLY BY THE OWNER!!! After they replaced the windshield, I looked over the car and mentioned there were footprints in the door...the service manager immediately went and got the owner who walked out and greeted me with complaints of "We have bent over backwards to help you" and backtracking of he wasn't even sure if his tech caused the problem with the steering wheel...after admitting he reviewed the footage. He complained about cleaning up the footprints left by his technicians saying that my car wasn't perfectly clean when I brought it in. I would never expect to need to detail my car to get a windshield...nor do I expect to clean up the mess after someone provides a service on my car. The owner was initially very nice and apologized (the service manager attempted to hide some of the information initially but still...) but then totally freaked out on me where I will not only refuse to do any business with them but I will make sure the other damages they caused to the vehicle are repaired. It's unfortunate, sad and didn't need to be this way for a company that seems to have a good reputation. Think twice...not sure where this group is headed. If they will do it to me, they will do it to you. read more

I have been using Advanced Windshield for many years now for all of my automotive glass on both my commercial vehicles and personal vehicles. I have referred a lot of family and friends to them and they have always thanked me and told me how good of a job they have done for them as well. Price has always been competitive, however if I called every single place in town I'm sure I could find a lower price eventually, but I know you get what you pay for, and the cheapest price can end up costing you the most when all is said and done. Was in town during the Thanksgiving holidays and my sunroof glass got shattered. Called around for an hour on Monday and could not find anyone who would touch sunroofs. Finally got referred to Advanced Windshield repair by a dealer. I called them and they said that they were able to repair my sunroof if they could find the glass. About an hour later they called back to say they found the glass and could come out and repair it on Wednesday morning. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and had the glass replaced and working great within 30 minutes. Working with the folks in the office and the repair techs was very pleasant and they answered all of my questions. Would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Called these people to get a quote on replacing my windshield. Very nice at first. He Quoted me $240 for one option. I told him, I'd have to wait a week. Called the following week, no answer, left 2 very detailed messages on who I was and everything. And have yet to receive a response back from him. It's been almost 6 days!... I wouldn't use advanced windshield... I highly recommend giving Auto Glass Now on airline hwy call. Very Friendly super fast & best price in town!
