He has a mobile service so he comes to your location (in Baton Rouge). We agreed to meet in a parking lot next to the building I work at. Rick is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip. The process took about 20 min including a call to my insurance for a claim #. There was small evidence about the rock chip only if you look carefully. Otherwise, the repair was successful and carries a warranty. I highly recommend Rick and Accurate Windshield Repair. He's professional, reputable and most importantly, a nice person

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!! I'm rating this low not due to the actual repairs done to the car…read morebut because of the customer service and lack of care for customer concerns! I was referred by my insurance to go to Gerber after being rear ended. It took over a month to do minimal repairs on my car. The date that I was supposed to receive my car was pushed back due (multiple times) to their mistakes and a lack of a thorough inspection of my car. During the time that my car was in the shop I noticed that I had left some belongings that I needed for class. When going to Gerber I initially had the fear that I would not be able to get my belongings out of the car since the car is registered in my mothers name. To my surprise when I went inside I was not asked for my name or any source of identification, instead I was just handed the keys. With this being said ANY PERSON of the street can have access to the cars at this shop. Not to mention, the customer service rep at the front desk was going off, using profanity and yelling at her coworker. On top of that after getting my car returned I realized that there were items missing from my car. At the end of the day $40 down the drain is no big deal but when I expressed my concerns to the manager I received a nonchalant apathetic response. I wasn't asking to be reimbursed I just simply wanted to express my concerns so that hopefully they'll do a better job with future customers. Please, If you want to get serviced by Gerber go to the other location in Baton Rouge and save yourself the time and stress and don't deal with this poorly ran business. I'm not the only one with this issue as well! There's another review of someone with the same problem but they marked it as one that's not recommended!
