One star only because Cindy is great at customer service and follow up. Had back window glass repair. After "the repair" I was left with the hatchback not working properly. The glass was not vacumed out which caused the problem. I had to travel to another Auto Glass Now location to find this out and have it repaired. A lot of unnecessary time. Biz confirmed a mobile appointment to repair my rear window 6/6/25 on 6/5/25. I obtain an estimate prior too confirming the appointment on 6/4/25, when I was sold on their mobile service. I was told the day that I confirmed after hand delivering my voucher, that the tech will reach out 30 min to my appointment time. The day of my appointment, I wanted until about 2 PM and called after I did not receive a call to confirm a time. I was told by the office after being on hold, the techs are leaving a service call, apt is confirmed, and that they will call me 30 min before. At 4:50 I called the office again, and was told I had to come in due to weather. The office told me it was raining right now at the office, and that I needed to come in. It was not raining and I visit the store (within 5 miles) only to find no rain, and both tech their repair others window. I spoke to the one mgr, he was nice and was told it both veh broke and that they were going to call me but didn't get a chance. I explained I was due a call and didn't appreciate my time being wasted and now unable to repair my window. I went back to the location and was told by Jessica to get the F'ck out of her store. I went thought the entire with a busted window and was disrespected by the staff, when I should have been accommodated for the service the offer and didn't deliver and disrespected as a consumer. When I told him I have a camera on the driveway and there was no activity! I reminded him of their "Lifetime Warranty" and he said we are still not going to honor it. I am so tired of companies that over-promise and under-deliver results. It seems to be the norm these days. I did some research, screened the reviews, and decided I would use Auto Glass Now. The two guys called ahead and arrived in the window as promised. They did an excellent job on my GMC Denali 1500. The windshield is better than new and there are no visible signs it was replaced. This place is exactly what they say. Everything they print is correct about doing an excellent job at a low price. I was so happy they were able to fix my Chevy S10 crack windshield on time with no issues. Great place to do business with. Now fast forward to my second visit, it was a truly WOW factor. Had to get my driver side window replace on my Toyota and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, this place is awesome! Don't let the look fool you they do really good work fast at a really good price, which helps out if you don't have insurance to cover it. This time I will give them 5 stars. I had a new windshield installed on Tuesday afterwards noticed that the guy that installed it broke the modeling plastic pieces on driver and passenger side and the windshield wasn't properly done. the company sent a guy out Thursday the took pictures now have to order the new modeling pieces from the dealership and I have to now wait until those come in and get a new windshiel. now it's a big waiting game for everything read more

Scheduled appointment after they provided a quote over the phone. They didn't order the molding when they ordered windshield and said they have to reschedule after I just drove an hour across town to give them my business. I ask if they can help any on price since I'm now losing 2 hours drive time for today and lost money in gas and she mumbles no. I had to ask, so is that a No? She then said well I was going to add $10 for the molding, not take any away. Very unprofessional, no sorry or offer of any assistance for the error on their behalf. The sales staff should have better training to know that this windshield needed molding as part of the replacement. I called this company on Monday to replace a windshield. They told me they would come Wednesday between 8am and 4pm. As of 2pm I hadn't heard from them and i called. They told me that they were not coming out because the job would take 2 men and they didn't have 2 men so I would have to bring it in. After both my cars were broken into, we had to replace a side window on each. They were able to make the repairs the same day I called, even when they had to look for a used window for one of my cars (they aren't made anymore, so some parts can be hard to track down). Both repairs cost a little more than we were quoted at other shops for just one of the windows! Each car took about a half hour, they even vacuumed some broken glass that was still on my back seat.
