Marc Bourgeois is now at the helm and clearly carries on Gary's legacy of doing the job the right way and "living the dream." Marc was highly communicative and transparent throughout the entire repair process. This job entailed bodywork, paint, replacement of blind spot radar sensors, and recalibration of multiple critical safety systems. Marc handled all the moving parts here without issue. A note on going above and beyond: I asked Marc to replace a trim piece on the front end of my car, completely unrelated to the repair he was doing. I told him I would pay out of pocket for parts and labor. Marc covered the cost of the $220 OEM trim piece from Mercedes and installed it for free. It's rare to see this level of client service anymore. I'm very particular about who works on my cars and recommend Marc without hesitation.
