I called to get a quote from 508 innovations for tinting my camry i just bought. he got back to me right away and scheduled me for 3 o' clock the following day .i was there ten minutes early, were he told me that it would be done today .i went home and sure enough about 6 :15 he call me and said come pick up the car.i never write reviews and im sure everyone can tell but believe me when i say he is nice guy. So Isaac just completed the install and he was able to mitigate further damage to the "new" used amp by installing in a new spot. He was even able to install upgraded amp which was not the original OEM. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue, my car, and the difference between the OEM Pioneer vs upgraded Mark Levinson amp. Took a total of 45 minutes from arrival to departure and talked about cars, sound systems, and about life in general the whole time. contacted 508 Audio Innovations about having an amp and a dsp installed in my Trailhunter. we exchanged a few messages and I made an appointment to go see Isaac and get a idea of what will be involved in the job.. he spent more than enough time with me explaining what he could do to help me out. set up an appointment to drop my truck off and the next day went to pick it up and he was just putting on the finishing touches on the system. Brought my Audi A6 here for window tints and sadly I was highly disappointed in their carelessness and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Out of the 5 windows that were tinted 3 of them have many bubbles as well as some wrinkles and creases in the tint film. Looks horrible and can even be noticed standing outside the car from a distance of 5-10 feet. This was apparent as soon as the tints were installed however I didn't notice until the next day because it was dark when they finished the tint. Extremely sloppy and careless but it gets worse. I just got the car and I take pride in it so I make sure the car is spotless, especially the interior. Car was returned to me in worse condition then it was when I dropped it off. Every door and around all the windows there was water/solution literally dripping down the panels. They couldn't even wipe up the water that they sprayed. On top of that the inside of the windows were so dirty from the installation that as soon as I got in the car I had to clean all of my windows just so I could safely drive the car since the sun had set and it was dark. But wait, it gets even worse... for some reason they installed a 6" strip of tint film at the top of my front windshield which I never asked for and so when I returned to pick up the car I told them that I did not want the strip of tint at the top of the windshield and they ran out to the car and peeled the tint off without bothering to clean up the mess that was just made on my windshield. However in the process of trying to add the strip of tint to the front windshield they attempted to remove my rear view mirror and the housing that it sits it which they never got off and when they were playing with it trying to remove it (I say playing because they obviously had no idea what they were doing) they broke one of the trim clips in the housing and could not even reassemble it. Since it is out of the driver's view behind the rearview mirror they probably thought I wouldn't notice but when I got the car back I noticed that the housing was not even reassembled and was just hanging behind the mirror, most likely because they broke the clip and could not get it to fit together since they had broke it. I really wish I had a positive experience at 508 Audio Innovation and did not have to write this review. I make sure I read reviews before trusting my car with a business and the reviews were all positive so I had no worries about bringing my car here for tints. I have no idea why my experience here was so much different than everyone else's, trust me I wish it was. Never in my life have I had to write a negative review for a business. I am a very reasonable person and I know that businesses have enough of a hard time trying to please customers and I would never want to jeopardize the success of a business but unfortunately my experience here was too bad to just excuse. I am not sure if anything has changed here recently but since there were nothing but positive reviews I felt like I had to leave this review to warn people that might be considering bringing their car here. The money that I paid to have my car tinted here was completely wasted because I have to get the tints redone by someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't leave all my windows with bubbles and creases that are so bad that you can see the imperfections from outside of the car standing 10 feet away. On top of that I now have a broken rearview mirror housing that I had to glue together to stay in place. If you care about your car do not bring it here. You could get lucky and have a positive experience like all of the other reviewers had but there is a chance that you could be treated like me and have your vehicle returned to you in worse condition than it was before paying for their "services" with liquid solution dripping down your interior and windows and with broken trim pieces. I have never in my life seen a business be so careless and even disrespectful when it comes to how they treat the property of their customers. I had multiple people ask me where to get their car tinted since I had mine done and I couldn't even recommend this place to them because of their general lack of concern and how my car was treated. A shame if you ask me because I have a large social media following and I always help promote local businesses free of charge because I appreciate small business owners that care about their customers. All they had to do was treat me and my vehicle with respect and I would have told everyone to bring their cars to 508 Audio Innovation and would have generated them alot of new business/customers. read more
