I recently had my car repaired at Authentic Auto Body. Someone had severely damaged the rear bumper of my 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe, my pride and joy automobile. I was referred to Authentic by my garage auto mechanic to obtain an estimate. When I brought my car there the owner, Steve, was waiting for me after being called by my auto mechanic. Steve and Mike were extremely helpful in explaining the process of what would need to be done to repair my Pride and Joy. In the discussion they ensured me they would take complete control of the entire process and deliver my automobile completely restored including being detailed inside and out. All of it sounded almost too good to be true. We signed all the appropriate paperwork to have Authentic repair the damage. The day I delivered the Caddy a rental car was waiting for me and after I got there they had it running so it would be warmed up since it was in January. During the process of getting our insurance company involved and had the insurance adjuster review the damage, Authentic took over the entire process right up to the point of delivering the finished product to my home. I must say that in a couple of instances that I wanted to contact them, Steve or Mike answered the phone and were extremely helpful. Oh, side note! I can't say enough great things about Authentic Auto Body. I brought my car in for a collision repair during their busiest time of year. But from the superior customer service I received, start to finish, I felt like I was their only customer! On the phone, Steve was patient and helpful. When I dropped my car off, Mark explained everything. He laid out the procedures, read me all the paperwork, and gave me a timeframe for completion. He also gave me the name of a person at Enterprise who would help me with my rental car. The first update from Steve came a few days later, as promised. A few weeks later, since my insurance company was taking longer than expected to verify things, Mark called Enterprise to get me a rental car that would better suit my family. I was so impressed that with all he had to do, Mark took the time to help me get a different rental car. When I picked up my newly fixed car, Authentic had done a perfect job. They had also had it inspected by the Toyota dealership to verify all safety features were back in working order, cleaned my car from top to bottom, and buffed out all scratches and chips. I felt like I was getting a brand new car! Mark explained all paperwork, started the car for me, and walked us out. I just picked up my 2015 Jeep which feels like brand new again inside and out! I would not consider myself an easy customer and Steve at Authentic Auto Body was up to the challenge and exceeded every expectation I could have ever had during the process. This was probably one of my best experiences with a business in at least 20 years. No one likes having to go to a body shop and for me it was no different i even lived a good distance away from this one and typically would of gone to a local shop as I have done in the past. Well I am so glad I did not. Everyone from the owner Steve to the Manager Marc and the entire staff were so unbelievably professional and kept me informed the entire way through the process. They helped me with everything with my insurance and loaner car this place puts other body shops to shame and truthfully I have not received this type of great customer service from any type of business in a very long time. To say it has been an absolute pleasure working with Mark at Authentic Auto Body is an understatement. I cannot believe what a seamless process it has been since the day he arranged for our 1986 Ford Mustang GT to be towed from our home after being hit. From day 1 he has been in constant communication with us from the insurance adjuster to the damage that was not repairable having to total our classic, car that we owned for 18 years. I had the misfortune of having a cement truck spray a thick coat of cement on the passenger side of my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I called Authentic Auto Body and they immediately took me in for an appointment. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Marc who was incredibly professional, polite, and very personable. Marc reassured me that my car was in good hands, and that he would be able to remove what was left of the cement. When I went to pick up my jeep it was spotless. Marc used tiny brushes to remove cement that was stuck in every crevice of my car. He also charged me less than what he quoted because my jeep is brand new and required less detailing. My truck is 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500. I went to this shop with Full confidence on getting the Rocker panels (fully replaced), since their online reviews are great! All associates including (Marc and Steve) in Authentic Auto Body were very transparent as to what they would do or how the job will be done. They took their time to further elaborate with Precise work to be done and honesty on what the bill would be. Their customer service and their Patience with customers are amazing. Just by discussing the work load to be done was satisfying, since it's a old truck of mine. When I saw the final product (Replaced: Rocker panels, both front fenders, complete paint job including fixing warped siding on truck bed done) it seemed FLAWLESS and love it!! Last month I was looking for a way to replace the headlight on one of my vehicles. I posted a message on facebook asking for some advice. At this time Holliston Authentic Autobody shop reached out to me and said come over, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the process. My mind was blown, car repair agency reaching out and helping me without any bill or upside on their end. When I arrived the owners took time out of their day to walk through every part of the process. They showed me how to disassemble the engine and get the job completed. I was beyond impressed, at this time I asked them if they could change the battery in the car. They quickly did this, part was ordered and installed in less than 15 minutes. In this case, Marc and his team did an outstanding job of repairing my t-boned car. Authentic Auto Body is by far the best place I have EVER brought my car. I have lived in many states and have gone to a bunch of other shops, but this place has me blown away with their customer service, skills, and knowledge of the trade. I had so many questions, and Steve knew so much and put my mind at ease.The whole right side of my Toyota Prius C One was scratched from a hit and run in a parking lot and now you can't even tell. I can't say enough good things about this place. I needed to get my motorcycle gas tank painted and they gave me a very reasonable price to sand it down to base coat and repaint it. When they were sanding it down, they realized that the previous bondo work was not done very well and they sanded it completely down, dug out the old bondo, refilled the dents with new bondo, reprimed it, and then painted it. They did not charge anything extra for this extra work. This place is not looking to make a quick buck. They put the customer first. Marc is one of the nicest and most pleasant people you will ever talk to and strives to make sure that you are happy with the end product above all else. I will only be coming here for any auto body work that I need to get done in the future. read more

I was rear ended a while ago, and Authentic Auto Body was a great choice for my repair. They came to my house, picked up the car, and then a few weeks later (the car was really damaged) returned to me via flatbed a perfectly repaired vehicle (to 100% factory specs), completely detailed inside and out. All throughout the process, they were responsive, communicative and very friendly. At no time did I have to deal with insurance, adjusters, claims or any paperwork. They did everything. I stopped by Authentic Auto Body one day last week to have them take a look at a dent in the passenger door panel. My lease was coming due and I wanted to get an estimate before I turned it in. Several people had told me about the great service at Authentic. I didn't have an appointment but, as I pulled up Steve promptly greeted me. When I needed a tow, (15 minutes before the shop closed!)
