Customer service was horrible. Was told my appointment was at 1:00pm showed up and only had one window in stock, after i was told they had both. Completely ignored and started a conference call on speaker phone while i was standing at the desk about a tshirt order. Finally replaced one window now the door won't unlock. I got my windshield replaced in July. I went back in July because my roof was leaking. They checked it and told me that my sunroof was clogged and it wasn't the windshield. I spoke with the manager Jace. After leaving, I thought it was the sunroof because that's what the manager told me. My roof continued to leak so I took it to have the sunroof cleaned because that's what the manager said. The roof continued to leak so I took it to the dealer and I told them that I had a windshield replacement. The dealer said that it was the windshield not installed properly. I took the car back to Autoglass now after I had paid over $500 dollars to be told the whole time it was the windshield. The incompetent manager told me I shouldn't have taken the car anywhere else and brought it back when I did and he said it wasn't the windshield. He had a horrible attitude and being the manager it seems that he would be able to diagnose faulty work. He basically said it was my fault for taking it somewhere else but the only reason I did was because he said it was the sunroof. They now claim the warranty says I must take it to them when I did. Please do not go here, terrible work and customer service because had he resolved the issue when I came back the first time I wouldn't have this issue. read more

My dog dislodged my rear view mirror while I ran in to pick up a food order. I was just passing through Montgomery. I called several places, but everything was automated or they said they couldn't help me. Auto Glass Now not only had a real person answer the phone, but they also told me they could fix my mirror. I pulled into the parking lot near the end of their business day, and they fixed my mirror with no charge. Very kind and generous; friendly service! I called the morning before to see if they would be able to fix my windshield she said yes the receptionist informed me they will order the glass and to be here at 8am. I got here at 8am they were not open so I had to wait until about 810am I signed the proper documents and was told it will take about an hour and a half I informed them I will come back.. I called at 930am to ask is my car ready the receptionist said "not quite yet" so im thinking ok they're adding the finishing touches so I had my uber drop me off, fast forward it is now 10am they didn't even start. My car was parked outside when I walked in at that moment I was informed they ordered the wrong glass and they will start it now it's almost 11am and I am still waiting to get my windshield fix. Used used four screws to hold windshield in place. Shop manual required 8 rivits. Questioned about the reason for screws. The district manager admitted the rivits installation often resulted in cracked windshield. SUPRISE windshield leaked and fuse box was shorted because four rivit positions were left vacant. No warranty because floor carpets were dry. Total repair bill $1,400. Reputable comany identified screws in two minutes. You get what you pay for! read more

I went to get my windshield replaced, dropped my car off at 9:30am. Was told it will only take about 2 hours. I was waiting on a call that didn't come so around 12:30pm I called to check the status. I was told that they hadn't started on my car but they were pulling it in to start. Around 2:30pm I received a call about molding on my car(I am thinking the molding is the black stripe around the window). The girl tells me that it broke and that they would order new ones but it would take 2 days coming from Memphis. I asked how much that would be the girl told me don't worry we will take care of it! Around 4:30pm I went back to the store as I haven't gotten a call saying my car was ready! I looked and saw that they hadn't even replaced my windshield yet. The girl said oh it will be ready in 30 minutes! An hour later still sitting. During that time the girl told me oh I have ordered your molding. When they finally finished I had her to repeat about the molding again while recording on my phone. Friday comes and I take my car back as she told me the part would be in Thursday. When I got there no one could find the part then I find out they didn't order what was needed. To make matters even worse the girl tells me she made a mistake and she would make it right. Her and the other lady who was supposedly her boss goes to the back and the comes back out to tell me they are not responsible for the molding. This is after I had been sitting there once again almost an hour. I wasn't happy to say the least! I will never go back! They are unprofessional on Tuesday the so called manager was more concerned about how she can get insurance for her car so she could refinance instead of paying attention to the other girl who they said is new and still learning!
