It is not written, but we can schedule another appointment in 3 days. It was a very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing experience.

I drove 5 minutes home and vacuumed the car only to have my wife point out there was a flat tire. Big screw in the tire from their parking lot. I noticed the receipt envelope said they vacuumed which they clearly didn't. It said they washed the windows so I looked... not only was it filthy with hand prints everywhere, but there was black tar looking drops all over my paint and windshield. Then I noticed the molding was all popped out on one side and you could almost see into the car due to a large gap (small but large enough for water to easily get in). So glass everywhere, punctured tire, tar everywhere outside of vehicle, molding broken, window has gap big enough to see light through it.

I called here on the recommendation of my car dealership. The person answering the phone was very courteous & accurate on het quote & timeframe to get it replaced. She was even more friendly in person when I showed up for installation. Installation was done promptly when I arrived. Car was left clean and I've had no issues with the replacement and it's been nearly a month. The waiting area was small, but comfortable. Place was clean. Price was fair. I would come here again if I needed to replace glass on my car again.

I was told to return and was immediately berated by the owner who told me there was nothing wrong with it. He made a point to willfully ignore the spots where I had issues, instead pointing to places on the car that weren't even the windshield. He was very confrontational and made one of his employees carry a windshield out to show me "that's how they come." He also yelled that he'd "get the hose and give me $1000 if any water got in," while showing me his wallet. Basically, if you have other options, don't give this place your business. I wasted my time getting yelled at by some guy who thinks my concerns are invalid because he's "been doing this for 30 years." After 30 years of replacing windshields, you'd think the work would be pristine or there'd be some pride here from the owner. Don't waste your time here. I had to get the windshield replaced again by another company and they were surprised at how poorly the windshield had been installed on my car by Anawan Glass. They said it was overhanging at the bottom because they seated it far too low at the top. Now my windshield wipers work perfectly and there is much less wind noise on the highway. Call up Safelite in Raynham. They'll just come to your house and get it done correctly

The Glassman does just that…read more The windshield on my weathered old Accord had a top-to-bottom crack (I think from the weather), so I needed the whole thing replaced. Achin's Garage in North Attleboro gave me Corey's info, so I called him. He picked up, I told him what I needed, and he pencilled me in for a few days later. Though I mentioned I'd be paying out of pocket, he told me a dedicated number I could call at my insurance carrier to get a claim processed and his work covered if I chose to go the claim route. I appreciated that. He's a friendly and thoughtful guy. We planned the windshield replacement for a Tuesday, but had to push it to the following day, for a very good reason: it was snowing. It's a mobile service, I park my car outside, and the moisture would have ruined the adhesion. I'd rather wait a day than drive around with a windshield that isn't 100% sealed. Corey let me know morning-of, as early as it was clear what the weather was like. Another good call. Anyway, Corey and his wingman showed up on-time the following day (Wednesday). They got right into it within about 2 minutes. The ETA was about 45 minutes, and the whole thing took 45 minutes or maybe a little less. There were no plot twists of any kind, and didn't need to come back out until the new windshield was in. The whole thing cost $253, parts & labor (again, I decided to pay out-of-pocket). That was at the low end of Corey's estimate over the phone, that's for a mobile windshield replacement, where they come to you. I expected to pay more, and I'd have paid more without grumbling. The new windshield is nice and invisible. Unlike the stready old one, I forget it's there. Corey & associate just did an excellent job, with old-school professionalism and zero hassle. I'd definitely hire The Glassman again.
