Called to make appointment, none really needed on chips and Shawn, the owner, came back with an even lower price...happy surprise. Went in on Saturday morning, job was done in about 30 minutes. They really couldn't completely repair 2 of the chips so he didn't charge me for those. Explained as to why, completely understand. That is customer service and true honesty. While traveling eastbound on I-80 I once again was pelted with rocks and one of them put a star in the windshield. I knew with temperatures getting into the 40s at my house that night, that star was going to turn in to a crack across my windshield if I didn't get it taken care of right away. I did a quick search and Auto Glass now popped up. I didn't even call or anything I just drove up. I walked in and was greeted really quickly I asked if there was any way I could get a star repaired to keep the glass from cracking all the way. They took a look at it, it fit the parameters for repair, and they immediately took the car back. I was shocked. $60 and a half an hour later I was back on the road. They even told me that if for some reason the star repair did not hold, which is possible and I know that, to come right back and they put the $60 toward a new windshield. The scariest thing happened on hwy 395 going south last week. My baby was in her car seat in the back right passenger seat in our truck and we were heading home from Costco. All of a sudden an extremely loud noise resembling a shotgun happened and we noticed her window started to shatter. We think it was a large river rock that took a curve ball from the truck we were passing and crashed smack dab in the middle of her window! I walked in and made an appointment on Thursday. They were able to get me in the next day however, I couldn't make it in and they were able to fit me in when it was convenient for me. I dropped my car off earlier than the time of appointment. I didn't expect it to be done till after the appointment time but, it was done way before schedule, which was great! Their office was clean and I was helped almost immediately when I walked in the door. The receptionist was nice and was able to get me a quote within a couple minutes. I took my van to have a window regulator replaced. They told me to buy one and save money. I did and they installed it. I found out, if you bring one the warranty is void. Curious. The window soon failed. I went back with another regulator from Auto Zone as they instructed. It failed. I bought another from O'Riley's and they installed it and it failed. I now spent 450.00 for a $175.00 job. I called another company and they came out and showed me the regulator had been installed improperly, not level and screws, bolts loose, that's why it broke. $250.00 for service and regulator. Now $800.00 spent for a $175.00 job. Auto Glas Now manager told me to go back to O'Riley's and say the regulator was defective when it was the installation that was not installed properly. Lying to O'Riley's would have beef fraud. I simply asked Auto Glass Now for a refund of $200.00 it cost for the new installation done properly and they promised to call me back. They did not. What I asked for was just 1/4 of what I spent. The window works perfectly now for the first time. I would not go back to Auto Glass Now. read more

Had a cracked windshield and requested a quote through Yelp. There were a couple back and forth emails to make sure they had the right information and gave me a quote on a Sunday and could get my car in for the new windshield on Tuesday. The price was half of most other companies and $100 less than the lowest bid. I took the car in and asked them to explain the difference between OEE and OEM windshields which they did very well and very patiently. They also showed me the estimate I had been quoted and asked me to sign to authorize service. The car was ready in very little time, someone called to let me know. So glad I found this place. Called after trying to get a hold of Safelite initially since they are the only company I know off the top of my head that does "quick repairs". Gave up on that pretty quick as I couldn't get through their phone tree, talking to a customer service or front desk person is clearly unheard of for them, kept being directed to their website and got a generic asinine quote - just crazy high for how tiny the chips in my windshield are. I just replaced my windshield six months ago and was driving on the freeway recently and got two chips within a very short period of time so I wasn't eager to replace it this soon, but want to ensure the existent ones don't get any bigger especially as winter is coming (insert Game of Thrones voice here). After deciding Safelite was NOT the route I wanted to take I found this gem online. Got a new windshield installed. Rain started coming into town, windshield leaked. I took it back in, they tried to patch it. Rain came in again, leaked and started causing interior damage on the roof headliner. Scheduled to get windshield replaced, they cancelled due to being busy. Rained that same day, leak with more interior damage. Finally replaced the windshield again. They attempted to fix the headliner, ripped parts of it off and said it's because it's old. They have failed to have it fixed and corporate doesn't answer. Shahab the manager is a real peach. Would not recommend. read more

We've all heard the nightmare stories of mechanics or auto shops taking advantage of people and that always scares me whenever I have to go and take my car in for any kind of repair or maintenance. But the gentlemen here really went above and beyond. Sean was initially the technician that came out and took a look at my passenger door window as it wasn't going up and would only go down. He advised us to go to pick and pull to find the piece as he diagnosed it as the switch, but he gave us his card and told us to call him if we weren't able to get the part in time and he can roll the window up for us. We go to a parts store and we're told the price was about $200 and would take 7-10 days to order from the factory. We knew time was against us as it was going to rain tomorrow (next day depending on when you read this) and needed to get this done quickly. Usually a lot of shops tell you to make an appointment and then you can come in, but Sean was cool enough to get us in right away. He had Aaron work on the car for us and he was awesome. He showed us that the switch just disconnected and he was able to put it back together. Most shops don't even allow you in the back to show you anything, let alone walk you through the repair. We even noticed the lock and u lock switch was also not working and Aaron took his time to address it. He didn't have to do that at all. But went above and beyond for a customer. Now I know why he has so many awards. Well deserved. Almost forget to mention that he wasn't even going to charge us the $80 as we were quoted initially. He said it was free of charge! But we couldn't leave without giving them something. Thank you Sean and Aaron. I genuinely appreciate your honesty and customer service! My windshield was severely damaged last evening, so after hours I emailed a dozen different glass places for a quote. 7am the next morning I had an email from Auto Glass Now apologizing for their delay in responding and asking me about the particulars. They let me correspond through email and never once suggested I call them which was super convenient for me. During this time I had received only three other quotes ranging from the low $400 to the high $200. None of them could see me for at least three days. The rest of them never contacted me. Our windshield got a crack in it, we took it to auto glass now to get a new windshield. When we got our car back, it had a bad whistle in the windshield, we took it back and they scheduled to replace it again free of charge. Then when we got it back the whistle was much worse, we have taken it back 3 times, they refuse to fix it, today they went and took it for a ride with my husband, they used a stethoscope and said it was coming from the moon roof. My husband took the stethoscope and couldn't t hear anything from the moonroof, but he could from the windshield. Lol, u can definitely hear it coming from the windshield not the moonroof. So to make a long story short, they refuse to fix it when they did not repair it correctly. Do not go to them unless you want to waste your money on inadequate work. read more
