SuperGlass Windshield Repair: Wow, WOw, WOW!!! I recently purchased a 'new-to-me' car. (I sadly got into a bad wreck in mid-October.) My new car is a Hyundai Kona and I love it! When buying it though, I noticed a decent sized crack in the windshield. That wasn't going to do and I asked the dealership to fix the crack. No problem, they said they'd take care of it. Their communication with SuperGlass Windshield Repair seems a little shy of great but once I heard from Steve with SuperGlass Windshield Repair, things happened very quickly. Once he was in contact, he was very precise about what he needed photo wise to see the crack and explained a few things to me about having to fix it and what could happen. Steve was really great. He came to my workplace and like nothing, fixed my windshield crack. There is only one small bubble left but otherwise, it's crystal clear! I'm very grateful for his excellent work. He was upfront and honest and I really appreciated his work and time. If you ever need a crack repair, please do keep him in mind!

This is the way business should work. I recently moved to the area from Texas. On the trip an "out of state rock" chipped the windshield of my Lincoln Corsair. After two weeks I determined it was about to spread and I needed to have it addressed. I reached out to this company and received a quick response and estimate. the repair was scheduled for the next day. Steve the owner arrived at 8:00 AM as promised and in 25 minutes it was repaired, and he was on his way. A Real "Pro" and pleasant businessman. Native to Nevada. Great, fast, mobile windshield repair service! Got a windshield chip a little larger than the size of a quarter. Was afraid of it spreading more as I have had that happen before, and had to buy a whole new windshield. It has been two years now and we couldn't be happier. Our electric bill is much lower and we have had no problems whatsoever. Installation was quick and professional. Best kept little secret around! So I bought a new vehicle about 2 months ago and driving down the road yesterday behind a big truck- I heard it! Crack, cringe-something hit my windshield. I guess its only a matter of time with all this sand on the road right now but there was no way I was replacing my expensive new windshield already. I've had repairs before and even attempted a couple myself with those little kits in the auto stores, they never look good and usually break anyway. I was determined to find something better. This is my first high end car and its got all the stuff they're putting on windshields now, which also makes them very expensive! My insurance company told me the usual high deductible and offered to replace it but I've been down that road before and I didn't want the hassle of it all if I could help it. So I asked the dealership where I bought the car and they recommended SuperGlass, it's who they use. I went to their website and its a worldwide company and we have a local franchise here in Reno. Turns out they service a lot of the dealerships and rental companies. I called up, they sent a guy out and even though my damage was pretty bad, I honestly didn't think it was repairable but had to try, the tech stated it was not in a fragile area and their method/products are patented, guaranteed not to crack out for the life of the windshield or my money back. He also told me they typically have a 90% visual improvement and offered to show me with a before and after- see the pictures I've posted. Pretty cool process to watch, who knew it was such a science. Totally different than what I've seen and even tried myself before. Well less than 30 minutes later I was out of there for $60 and on my way. I could not believe it- he had to show me where the repair had been done! These guys don't replace, just repair. And it shows. The guy told me they aren't competing with the replacement companies- they want to save your windshield, told me if it needed replacing he would have told me so. I feel better knowing my car still has its original windshield with its factory seal and I didn't replace it with that cheaper, thinner replacement glass. And a bonus- my windshield didn't end up in a landfill like so many others. If you care about that sort of thing. I do. Anyway- if you want a great repair and for whatever reason don't want to replace, give these guys a call. I will use them again. I have 2 more cars! read more

Has a fairly large chip that I wasn't sure could be repaired. Called Superglass, sent Steve a picture and he was able to come over that day and fix it. He also fixed a chip that had been repaired by another company that was bugging me because it was still very visible. Can not see the chips now. Very happy with his work. read more
