Really awful experience! We were scheduled for windshield replacement and I even switched from Safelite on our Progressive Insurance. Technician Andy even called to confirm the appointment. But 30-min before the appointment Ryan called and he wanted to reschedule it for another day because he had another more important client at the airport. BEWARE!! This happened a couple of years ago in Tucson AZ. DO NOT sign anything until you have inspected your installation closely. They used a tile chisel on an impact wrench to remove my windshield. They scratched and chipped the paint all around the windshield. I took the owner an estimate for $4k from a local body shop. This was strange and inconvenient! I called the general 888 phone number shown on the Auto Glass Now website and described the chip in my windshield. The guy I spoke to said he would call the local shop on Speedway to get an accurate quote and verify hours. When he returned to me waiting on hold, he gave me the quote and said the shop would be open until 2 p.m. for my walk-in service. So I drove all the way across town (because it was a shop I found open on Saturday), and arrived 3 hours before the closing time the guy on the phone provided. Guess what? The shop was closed! I posted a review about this company just a few weeks ago about a piece of trim that was supposed to been on my car that they charge me an extra $21 for. I called the location and couldn't get a chance to speak with a manager or anything. Two days later, I got a text saying that the trim was not visible, and I had to come to the shop so they could show it to me in person. I didn't watch the whole procedure of the gentleman changing the windshield but I know that I spoke to him and he did not put any new trim of any kind on my car. I know it seems like a small thing. Cory was behind the counter when I got there, but he wasn't there long because he immediately got to work replacing the windshield on my 2005 Toyota Camry. I was told it would take 30 minutes, but I had my doubts, because the glass guy in Benson said it would take four hours. It was finished in 20 minutes! I went to a shop to have my dash cam removed (stopped working), but when the shop removed it they shattered my windshield. I got quotes from three shops and not only did Auto Glass Now have the best price, but they took the time to explain why another shop was trying to charge $400 more. As far as the repair itself, it took about 35 minutes and the new glass looks great. They put the sensor and rearview mirror back on and were able to save my inspection sticker as well (often they'll get torn apart when you try to remove them). I tried a new company for my windshield replacement this week. Very quick to make appointment and came to my house as promised and replaced my windshield. Technician was very professional,pleasant and helpful. I drove my car 24 hours later and my drivers side window wouldn't roll up all the way. I called the shop back to get some help and figure out how that could have happened. JC answered phone and said there was zero relationship between the drivers window and windshield replacement. She brought up a crack in my door frame that happened during the instillation on the passenger side. I confirmed that took place but also that it wasn't my reason for calling it my concern. JC then got the district manager on the phone who began speaking to me very defensively and explained why the crack that happened wasn't their fault. The specifics there were that prior instillation the technician used glue and shouldn't have. I agreed that wasn't their fault and wasn't my concern today. I was then told that he isn't calling me a liar but that it wasn't possible that the windshield replacement caused the driver side window problem. He was so combative that I disconnected the call. I didn't want a fight, I wanted resolution to my problem that occurred as a result of the work they did on my car. I don't need the aggravation of a combative Manager when he clearly wasn't trying to listen or help. He offered to put the vice President on with me -- but after talking to two defensive employees who should have been willing to talk professionally to their customer and offer help with work performed I do not believe a 3rd person would help. I didn't ask for a fight, nor was I unreasonable in my request for help. I would characterize the response I received as unreasonable. Needless to say -- I will never use their service again and never recommend them. I didn't ask for this problem nor was I angry- just wanted the problem that happened immediately after windshield installed to be corrected. Now I have to find someone willing. Was referred by my repair guy. Spoke to Jeff at Auto Glass Now and was very happy with his price quote. They advertise 50% off glass repair and I worried about the quality of the work. Arrived for my appointment and they started working immediately. Jeff said they would be done in 45 minutes but, the windshield in stock wasn't the right one. He explained it would take 20 minutes to get the right one. The correct glass arrived and installed. Was there about 1 hour 25 minutes. Not too long a wait, in my opinion. Price was cheaper if you bring it to the shop versus having them come out. They also add a 4% fee if you pay with a credit card. "Out the Door" price was under $190, for a 2006 Honda Pilot. I have nothing but high praise for Integrity Auto Glass from initial contact to completion. The person on the phone was very nice explaining the process and setting up an appointment for techs to visit our home to replace the damaged windshield. Our insurance covered this business without an issue. On appointment day the techs showed up on time, were very pleasant & personable, proficient in replacing the glass, and when done gave us exact instructions for aftercare. They also said we would have the promised $100 Visa gift card in 7-14 days which proved to be true. Previous to this I had used another outfit which made me wait much longer for service, did not have tinted glass in stock & I would have to wait a couple of weeks (windshield was badly damaged & I was concerned to wait that long) and their free offer of movie tickets was something I had to pursue to make happen. These guys are amazing! My car was sideswiped in a hit and run on Monday. As a result, my windshield was cracked from top to bottom and the driver side mirror was hanging off. I just received a phone call from this auto glass place called Auto Glass Now on Speedway and supposedly I had an appointment with them. I had NEVER even heard of this place until I received that phone call from them!! Apparently, they had me scheduled for some kind of windshield appointment that I never made in the first place. Anyhow, this first guy that called was named Kevin,I let him know I didn't make any appointments with them and he just said okay and we hung up.
