Had to replace my windshield and they got me in the shop in less than a week from when I called. While there it was surprisingly fast, only took about 1.5 hours to get it all done. The price seemed reasonable compared to other places I have been to with this car. Only complaint is one of the techs left this grease all over my white seats. Updated my review. Went to the Valencia location as my first choice at Speedway was closed due to power being out. No problem. Lady at reception was a bit rude. I asked about adding a little tint to windshield, she states "absolutely not, that must be pre- scheduled, you can have a seat" lol. I understand it was kinda busy at the time. My truck is finished about 30 mins later and she tells me I'm good to go and then gives the spiel about nothing goes on the windshield at all. I tried to ask her about something I HAD PRE installed aftermarket ON MY OLD WINDSHIELD and she just cuts me off rudely and I said forget it and just walked out. Just a very weird encounter and rude customer service. My insurance just paid $1000 for a stupid windshield and I'll be buying like 5 a year (yes me because I pay the insurance premiums) because it's AZ. It's unlikely I'll come back to this business cuz this lady right here. Great job Dwight's though, windshield looks great even though ya techs tossed my dashcam on the floorboard. Beyond the measure of 'quality'! I have had my home and two autos worked for tint from Dwight's Glass & Tint and I must say, across this United States, they do it right! Service, product and professionalism is top tier IMO. Visited their shop today on Speedway and a employee was sweeping and mopping the sitting foyer area. Absolutely nice touch and stellar looking showroom. Tint on my autos is perfection and the tint in my home has reduced my electricity bills by a 1/3 over the previous year's average!? On Wednesday 8/3/22 I ordered a replacement glass for my bedroom window which had blown in during the hail storm. I was told it would be installed in about two weeks. On Wednesday 8/17/22 I stopped into their Green Valley office to see what the schedule was. After being in the back room for a period of time the clerk told me they would try to install the glass today (Wednesday) or tomorrow (Thursday) at the latest. On Thursday, 8/18/22 I called and after being on hold, I was told the glass would be installed Friday, 8/19/22 at the end of the day between 4:30 and 5:00. In frustration I said "it better" and hung up. I immediately received a call back from Dwight's where a woman whom I never had spoken to said that they did not appreciate me demanding to have my glass installed. So on Friday, 8/19/22 they installed the replacement glass at 2:30 PM. No call, no advanced notice. Good thing someone was at home. Oh, the glass had a crack in it. I call them on Monday, 8/22/22 and asked what was the plan. They told me the replacement glass would be installed on Thursday, 8/25/22. I asked them to please call me when they would be coming so that someone would be home. They assured me that they would. It is now Thursday, 8/25/22 at 10:30 AM and I am still waiting for the call as promised. Oh wait; now I find out they installed the glass at 9:00 AM. Working with Dwight's Glass has been an absolute nightmare. read more

Dwight's made good on inspecting my windshield today. They said the side molding clips were not locked down. As far as the weather striping. It appears it is not necessary because the adhesive blocks the wind and rain. Dewights preformed a wind test and water test to see if there weren't any leaks. They removed the weather strip making the dashboard look way better. In addition the cleaned the windshield and armoral(ed) the dashboard. All staff were nice and friendly. The appointment was on time.. I will be using Dewights again and will recommend them. read more

Went to Dwights after being referred by two of my Co-workers on Davis-Monthan. They had my vehicle for two days (which was agreed upon) but when I Ubered to pick up my vehicle it still wasn't done. They close at 1 on Saturdays and I didn't receive my car until 1:30 which isn't a huge deal but they didn't even finish everything I paid for. They ran out of time and couldn't put on my front windshield brow. Driving the car home I saw I had a cut in my steering wheel that looked like it was from a razor blade, mind you they stripped my front windows I assume with a razor blade. I tried to call but they were closed and the voicemail box was full. Went back immediately after work Monday to let them know about my steering wheel while driving there I noticed more damage on my wheel. Daniel came out took pictures and said he was going to get with the owner to figure out how there were going to fix it. I got a call the next day from Daniel saying the owner Dwight Lopez wasn't going to do anything about it because it was probably there before because I may have hit it with my fingernail. I let them know it was a brand new car with only 200 miles on it and I'm a man not a teenage girl with long fingernails. If you look at any of the other bad reviews it looks like Dwight the owner wants to own a business but not take responsibility for anything that happens there. Honestly a garbage way to run a business. The best part is I paid cash so I'm sure I will get a reply to this review saying "we looked your name up and don't see you ever getting work done here" like they've said to everyone else with bad reviews. If this is how they treat brand new cars I would hate to see the damage they get away with on older cars. Save your money and go literally anywhere else that will respect your property and take responsibility for their actions. read more

Dwight did a custom tinting of our frontdoor glass. It came out with bubbles and a ton of dirt and smudges. He has yet to redo it after numerous calls and follow up. At first tried to deny he was paid and we showed him the cancelled check he deposited. Very disappointed in the service and product. Would not use again. read more

Then, He broke the plastic around the windshield under the wipers. They couldn't put the windshield in properly. The glass was filthy from leftover glue. The seal was done poorly. Do not use! Windshield replacement service was great, but the tinting service could be better. Called in a week in advance to see if they would be willing to tint windshield and all around the truck for 5% tint. was told they needed to ask the owners and to call back. called back and was told the owners are okay with tinting the truck 5% all around including windshield for 560dollars , only down side was no receipt and no warranty on tint. Once I got the truck the windshield was replaced but the tint wasn't what I was told and still paid for the work. Have to go somewhere else to get the tint 5% and at a good price. read more

This company last year had a promotion and the promotion was if you have them replace your windshield they will give you $100. I thought, hey why not. So, I told my sister and my dad about promotion and they had there windshield installed and was advise they would mailed a check once our insurance paid them. A few months went by and I reached out to them and was told the person that handles accounting was out on leave and they would have to take a message. I left my name and #. Several months went by and I tried again and left a message. Months later I called this time I spoke with owner, Dwight. I explained the issue and this guy was something else, he was so rude and disrespectful to me, I could not believe how he was talking to me, he told me that I was so hard up for the money and told me I was low class. I told mr. Dwight it was not the money any more it was the principal. When you advertise a promotion you have to fulfill and again he told me, I was hard up for the money. I was so upset and so disappointed that the owner was so disrespectful I told him I was going to report him to BBB and he went off on me again, at that point I just disconnected the call. I have NEVER felt more unwelcome walking into a place of business than I felt coming here. Here's the story: last week I visited the store spoke to a male employee about the options and prices, I decided I would make an appointment he told me the dates and I chose one and he said okay, you're all set so I left. I called the day before the appointment to confirm and ask what the prices for yet again just to double check so I could get the cash out (also if you leave a positive review you pay less, don't trust any of the reviews you read on here it's all a bribe) I arrive the day of, 10 minutes early. The lady (the manager) comes out 5 minutes later gives me and my boyfriend a dirty look like why the f*** are you here. ( keep in mind this is corona virus times so they come out to your car so you don't have to go in and be exposed to any possible germs) so she just started for a while. I got out of the car and walked up to her since she didn't come to me. I said hi! I'm here for an appointment at 1:30 to get tinting done. She looks at me and says there is no one under that name here you must have called the wrong location. I WENT TO THE SAME LOCATION I VISITED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. She just seemed to want to disagree with me. I was very upset by this because i took time out of my work day to get this done and missing pay because it is hard to get an appointment because of how hot Tucson summer is. Here's the catch and the most important part that should tell you not to come to this place, she said "IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, WE WILL TURN YOU DOWN AND YOU CANT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE" well good thing I don't wanna go back because I feel as though a business should use so called "bad reviews" at opportunities to say hey, this is what we should focus on and fix. I called the other locations and they were the only ones who apologized and said I could visit their location and it would be better than the speedway location. They offered a cheaper solution for a mirror I wanted and stated that it had all the same features. Was lied to about the part that I was getting and then the manager/owner did nothing to resolve. I called and manager was being rude so I drove to location then tone changed completely but still didn't get resolution or callback. So I called bank and reported fraud and money was given back. Was getting tired of the HOT Tucson sun beating down on my car - so I decided to get my windows tinted. Shopped around quite a bit, and (their reviews are right) the value and service at Dwight's did not disappoint! I also had my windshield replaced from a few rock chips, which my insurance company took care of. They can handle billing windshield replacements through insurance. If you need an auto glass replacement, this is the place to go. I got quotes from pretty much everywhere in town for my '09 Chevy Colorado. Safelite wanted around $200 just to come out and replace the front windshield. I went to the cheapest place in town, Tony's Auto Glass who quoted me $130 for parts in labor. I thought it was a great deal, but they do not take appointments (first come first serve) and they don't do mobile installations. Dwight's not only matched, but beat Tony's price. I paid $125 and they were happy to install the windshield at the time and location of my choice. They also offer pretty good prices on tinting. Job was done in under 30 minutes.
