I needed to replace my car window because someone broke it (apparently it is happening a lot around my area) I called and they told me to come next day during the morning, that they will have my window ready to be placed on my car. As expected, they had it ready and it took exactly the amount of time they told me it was going to take for my car to be ready. During the whole time I felt welcomed. This location was closest to our home. Safelite didn't call us for 3 days, so I called them. It turned out that our insurance company gave them the wrong phone number for us and that's why we didn't hear from them. You would think Safelite would've called my insurance company to get the correct number, but they didn't. They did come out the next morning and did the reinstallation. The tech was nice and polite. I did want to say that we have not had any problems with the replacement windshield. Enough time and rain have gone by, and there have been no problems since. We would call them back if it happened again.
