This time when in need, they stepped up and was there for me. Online quote was easy and simple. Be sure to have your cars VIN # for the quote to be as accurate as possible. I shopped around with other glass vendors and not one best Safelite's quote. Appointment was easy to make after the quote and the service tech was communicative and very professional. I chose the mobile service and the glass replacement was done right in my driveway. The technician was on time, friendly, professional, organized and clean. He completed both appointments on my 2 cars in a timely manner. Super organized and cleaned up nicely and provided quality parts and service. Great price compared to other quotes and coupons available but you just have to find them. Only fee you'll see that was questionable was the glass recycling fee of $39.99 which is bogus in my opinion. I called to try to get it waived but they offered a discount so definitely worth a try to call for a better price reduction.

Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 12 and he arrived at 12:10, with an attitude. The repair time was supposed to be between an hour and two and he took 2.5 hours and at the end he didn't even complete the service!!!!! They said that they needed to calibrate it and they couldn't and then they wanted me to go to their location which is 35 min away from where I live to then wait for hours because they said they needed at least an hour to see if they can calibrate it. I said beforehand that I needed that to be quick because the only time I had was during my lunch break and there were like 6 people waiting and said it will take hours. WHY ADVERTISE AS A SERVICE THAT GOES TO YOU TO THEN MAKE YOU GO ALL THEY WAY TO THEM AND WAIT FOR HOURS???? AND after all, when I'm there, they say that if I don't do the calibration there, they just don't care because they make you sign a waiver before the do some work in your car. If you're looking for windshield replacement I recommend you finding a company that is near you in case "calibration" cannot be completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more Repair tech never showed up on time or in my preferred and requested service window. 1st install was not sealed properly. Tech came back out and attempted to reseal. Broke the windshield. The car was undriveable and I had to make my own arrangements to get to work the next day. 2nd install the following day. Still not a proper seal. Loud whistling when I reached about 40 mph. They provided my insurance company with a repair cost of $2000 for a $200 windshield. In speaking to my insurance company, Florida Mobile Glass is not a reputable company and they have tried to get paid the full $2000 in several claims. I have one more appt to get the seal situated. Even when rectified, I do not recommend this company. Another note: A rep for Florida Mobile Glass approached me while my car was being serviced at Hollywood Toyota. I hope the administration at Hollywood Toyota discontinues allowing reps for this company to approach service clients. This type of repair should take one appointment and done. UPDATE: Rep never showed for appt to fix the seal. True to form. Do not use this company.

Individuals from this company pose as Toyota employees at Hollywood Toyota and prey on every person…read morethat comes through the service department to sell them a "free" windshield by billing your insurance directly. They wear Toyota shirts, but work for this company. What they don't tell you is they are charging 3x acceptable rates to your insurance and never tell you the cost before putting in the windshield. Then, for me, they broke an inside cup area during installation, which in turn allowed my car to flood multiple times during rain storms. You see someone at Hollywood Toyota head towards your car windshield, ask them to kindly go away.
