The second attempt broke my…read moreback latch and then they claimed it wasn't them even though it worked fine even when back glass wasn't there and stopped working after the technician removed back panel and messed with wires and latch area. When they were told of latch not working properly after back glass was installed, they immediately said it wasn't their fault or responsibility and had to pay another $1,000 to my dealership to fix and no one would ever return my calls. I would rather have had my back glass broken then had to fix the latch...I would never use this company ever again and tell all my friends and family about this and would definitely pay a little more to a credible business like Safelite.
