I was promised a new glass, when I went to pick my car up, you can tell it was a used glass, I inquired "why was I told I would get a new glass" the guy told me that no he told me it was going to be used, not true, than he played dumb telling me I was getting a great deal. Owner really cares for his clients, took my phone call after hours, was able to quote over the phone and was even apologetic to the fact he wasn't able to service my van that late in the afternoon. I had a wonderful experience using this place to change out the windshield on my dad truck a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I first saw great reviews about this place here on Yelp so I decided to reach out on there to see how much they'll charge through Yelp project message. The owner of the place got back to me quickly and give me the price plus tax. I called him to confirm and also to make an appointment, his customer service skills or attitude is amazing because he's friendly. He explain the process and how long it would take to change which he said like 30 minutes. On the day of my appointment, we arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with him. His positive attitude and upbeat energy will stand out to you. It took like 30 minutes to change out the windshield and that's because he made sure that it was done right. Their first attempt the workers thought it was fine but he went to inspect the work and said they have to redo the glue again to get it to be perfect. I really appreciate that he took the time to inspect the work and made sure it was done right. He also told me not to wash the car for a week and to remove the tape after 4 days. If you're worried about them scratching your car hood then I'll recommend that you communicate to them to be careful so they don't put their tools on your car hood or painted surface. I will be sure to come back here again if I need another window replaced, the owner also told me that they support windshield with sensors too. read more
