TL;DR: Poor repair work. Unethical business practice. Sadly, Alex and his windshield technician provided me the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I have never written a bad review, and I am only compelled to do so here based on how unethical I find Alex's business practice... Immediately after Alex's employee plugged the small chip in my windshield, a crack emerged and lengthened beyond the point of the initial chip. Alex's associate performed a hurried repair job and left the interior windshield improperly sealed. I followed up with the business owner, Alex, and kindly asked him to return to repair his mistake or issue me a refund, to which he indignantly said, "We will not give you the money back on the service its been done... Sorry but thats how it works." In the end, I asked for a refund on his employee's shoddy repair job, and he repeatedly refused. While windshield repair is a field in which customers will occasionally be left dissatisfied, to me it is unethical to provide "service" that immediately results in a worse, more-costly issue and not issue a refund on your poor repair job. By digging his heels in, following "how it works," and not treating his customers with care, Alex has earned this 1 Star review. read more

My daughter accidentally threw a softball through my car window. Oops! But this meant I had to have it replaced. And fast. I reached out to Alex through Yelp. He responded quickly, had the window in stock, his price was reasonable, and was available to come replace it within hours. And I'm so glad he did! Spoke to the owner Alex and ordered the glass for my vehicle on April 3. He quoted me a week and half. 2 weeks roll around and I text him for follow up, he doesn't answer. I call him and he answers and says he will call me back. He doesn't call me back for days and doesn't respond to any of my messages. Doesn't return my voicemail. He just had me wait for 2+ weeks when I could have went elsewhere. I don't recommend this company at all. read more

I cannot suggest bringing your service to this vendor . My fiance recently had an issue with a shattered window and when she called she was promised an arrival time 2:00 and a 45-minute work time unfortunately the technician did not show up until about 4:00 to 4:30 and it took the technician about 2 hours to work on replacing the window ( which the technician was missing the tools he needed even though we advised of the vehicle specifications ) after the first time of 2 hours working on the window The technician figured out he could not work on this window and complete his work so he told us that he will need to come back the next day because we will not be able to roll the window up or down which after calling Alex ( The assumed owner of the company ) he made the technician return a few hours later with the part to try to finish the job which took another hour and 45 minutes at night now I will state that. Alex did try to rectify and make things right by not charging us for the window or installation for the inconvenience and in the beginning was good at communication which are things that I do appreciate but even after returning hours later to complete the work the technician stated if there are any issues to go ahead and give them a call and they will come back and make it right the next day while driving the car we noticed that there is a seal problem with the window that now just has a constant gap of air coming in the window and a constant whistle from the air coming in so the window cannot be rolled all the way up which was not an issue prior to paying for their services we reached back out to Alex to alert him of this issue to see if he can help which at that point he stated there is nothing he can do as he believes it is the door and not the window the technician installed deflecting blame and refuses to come back to finish his work seeing as this is a business that does not seem to stand by their work or completes their work, This is definitely a business. I would clearly say to stay away from You're better off going to Safelite Auto Glass or any other proper business He may have tried to make it right by not charging for the window, but what's the point? If you don't do the job correctly Now, we may have to go somewhere else spend more time and do extra work Such a disappointing experience read more

Had a huuuge crack in my windshield that had spread out from a small chip (that was just a chip for months then all of a sudden, it just started getting bigger and bigger). Messaged Alex through Yelp for a quote for complete windshield replacement, and he answered very quickly. We scheduled the appointment for same day, and I had a beautiful, brand new windshield just a few hours later. Alex gave me pricing for cash and credit (cash is best), and he and his assistant showed up at my house when he said they would and got the job done in about 30-35 minutes. I had made an appointment with another place for 9 am. I showed up and long story short-- they have 'phone issues' and did not even know the year, make, and model of my car nor that I needed a replacement back glass. I was pissed and called Alex's auto glass around 9:30 am. I was actually rude over the text because I was angry with this place I was at and how they flaked out on me. Yet Alex was really nice and courteous. He was quick to respond and was at my house by 11 am to replace my glass.
