This is a long term review. The positives: When I called them they were quick to respond and I really like how the installation was quite fast as well. I replaced my rear window on my Honda Civic and it was a reasonable price. I also like how the transaction was through a platform like venmo. Easy for me. The negatives: They did not vacuum properly. I understand that glass is hard to completely remove, but it was so bad to the point where I could HEAR glass pieces rolling around on the trunk bed. After I revacuumed, I heard more noise at every turn. I could hear pieces of glass rolling around in the spare tire bay. Few months later, I noticed that the rear plastic piece that covers my rear light has been slowing falling off. They did not put enough glue to secure the plastic piece for more than a few months. I even went on their website, provided a date of the installation, and requested for glue to secure the piece but had no response. I think this company is great if you have a solid piece of glass to replace that is not completely shattered. But their laziness truly shines through when they work with shattered glass. read more

I was driving my car on the freeway and a small rock hit my windshield. I was hoping it's just a smashed mosquito on my windshield but no. That was a chip with hair thin cracks.
