Our sales guy was nice enough but the separation comes after the sale. I needed some assistance and called the contact I had who turned out not to be the person I needed but he also didn't offer to get me to that person! I had to ask and push for it. All I kept getting was "it's out of my hands", I get it but you know your organization and you know who I need. How damn hard is that? I won't go back there after this is settled for anything....
