*********UPDATE 8/11/22***********…read more THIS IS OUT OF EXPERIENCE ALL STATEMENTS ARE FACTS. This morning I get woke up by a phone call from Stephanie stating they needed the current mileage of the Jeep that I had bought through financing and when I say financing my financing was done through credit acceptance, not the dealership. I asked why they were needing the mileage. Stephanie then replied because we are looking at the depreciation value of the vehicle because we are terminating the agreement. I stated back to her. No we are not terminating the agreement. Why would you call me stating this? She states that the owner was feeling uncomfortable on moving forward with the agreement. After a conversation with someone on Facebook Messenger, that person that she was referring to was Chris who I assume is her husband and to be completely clear. He contacted my husband. He requested a friend request of my husband and then proceeded to message my husband making outlandish statements that were completely false and also being the one badgering and threatening towards my husband. No one has been threatening and badgering towards the owners of one owner finance. As of this point, we have also sought out legal representation with a law firm. We have contacted credit acceptance, notified them that an attorney has been involved that if they in any way shape or form try to revoke or do anything to this contract that we would see them in court and we would sue both them and the dealership. I will not be threatened. My husband will not be threatened. We will not be badgered and discriminated against by the dealership, at this point The discrimination has already been completely out of control. We don't know why they're so homophobic or what their problem is but they chose the wrong married couple to try to do discrimination, badger and threaten. Everything that me and my husband do is always recorded video and audio through body cam recording devices at all times if anyone touches that Jeep and they have no legal right to do so. By the way, I've already confirmed with my lawyer then they would be making the biggest mistake and they will be taken into court and we would sue them. That is not a threat. That is a professional promise that we will pursue all legal actions against credit acceptance and one owner finance. As a review expert on multiple platforms and social media, I definitely now will tell anyone if they ever asked about this dealership. In full truth by experience not rumor not fake information that they are the worst car dealership to ever even think about going to to stay the hell away from them and go somewhere else where you will not pay two to three times more the value of the car when I look back at the paperwork. Just to be clear, the Jeep's value is only $2500.00 they sold it to me for over $6,000. When I financed it, credit acceptance added almost $10,000 on top of it and interest over interest payment a 22.99% to be exact having me pay $15,522 for a vehicle that is only worth $2,500. So yes, if you have any thoughts of dealing with a used car dealership stay away from one owner finance. They are trucks and they are not to be trusted.

Throughout my warranty repair experience, she demonstrated a complete disregard for integrity and customer respect. The lies were constant. She repeatedly misrepresented the status of my warranty work, providing false information on multiple occasions. When it came time to settle the bill, she attempted to overcharge me by $133 beyond my warranty deductible. When I called to question this unauthorized charge, her response was to hang up on me mid-conversation. Not a dropped call, but a deliberate hang-up. The most disturbing part? When I confronted her in person with her manager present, she openly admitted to hanging up on me and showed zero remorse. She stood by her unprofessional behavior as if rudeness and dishonesty were company policy. Her manager's failure to address this conduct on the spot speaks volumes about the service culture at this dealership. Avoid Erica Vereline and Liberty Chevrolet at all costs. If this is the standard of service your dealership accepts, customers deserve to know before they waste their time and money here. I've reached out the Service Director Tony Dutton but have not heard back.

I would give zero stars if I could. Liberty Chevrolet completely lacks professionalism, customer…read moreservice, and basic human decency. They performed unauthorized work on my truck without my consent. To make matters worse, they lied to the warranty company about the completion date and gave us the complete runaround for days. Nicole was especially a disaster to work with--rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. She even went on vacation without notifying us that the truck was done, leaving us in the dark with no communication. After several attempts, I was finally able to speak with a competent individual that advised the vehicle was done the prior day (we never received a call in reference to the vehicle being ready). When we picked up the truck, the woman taking payment had zero clue of what was performed on the truck and when asked her exact response was "I have no idea". Proper customer service would have been to find out and let us know. This dealership is dishonest, lacks accountability, and clearly has no respect for their customers' time or money. I would never recommend doing business here.

Of all the purchases we have made over the years this was best experience. The price was better than at other dealerships. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...BEWARE…read more I spent several days negotiating a Chevy 2500 purchase with Mike Bell Chevrolet and Elisjah. After going back and forth, Jordan Bell personally worked the numbers and got within approximately $300 of my final offer. I agreed to the price. I then completed a credit application and authorized a hard credit inquiry. Tyler, a sales manager, asked if I was serious about purchasing the truck and said he would "hold" it while I checked with my credit union. My bank couldn't beat their financing, so I decided to finance through the dealership. The following morning, Austin, another sales manager, and Kourtney contacted me to finalize everything. We agreed on the rate and term and scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment for my test drive and final paperwork. I was told the truck would be ready for delivery and finance would have everything prepared for my arrival. Then, later that afternoon, Austin called and told me the truck had been sold to someone else earlier that same morning. I asked how that was possible when I had been told the truck was being held and prepared for my delivery. His response was essentially, "Sorry, that's how it goes. I asked to speak with Tyler. I was told he would call me when he returned. He never did. I also requested a call from Jordan Bell, who personally worked on the deal. I was told my information would be placed on his desk first thing the next morning. No call. I followed up again and specifically requested a call from Jordan. Still no call. What bothers me most isn't that the truck was sold. Deals fall apart and vehicles get sold. What is unacceptable is spending countless hours negotiating, having my credit pulled, being told the vehicle would be held, agreeing to financing, scheduling an appointment for delivery, and then having the truck sold out from under me -- followed by absolutely zero accountability from management. Not one person in management had the professional courtesy to call me and explain what happened or attempt to make the situation right. In my opinion, there isn't an ounce of character or integrity amongstthe management team at Mike Bell Chevrolet. Kourtney was excellent throughout the process and completely professional. Unfortunately, the actions -- and especially the inaction -- of management completely overshadowed that. I will never do business with Mike Bell Chevrolet , and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This dealership is 2 hours away from me... after making a couple of text/phone inquiries I decided to drive the distance to get a value on my trade. Left with my new car! From my one experience, this is not a high pressure dealership. When I asked questions, they answered. No constant calls/texts trying to get me to come in. When I showed up, they quickly valued my trade at what I considered a fair price. After getting the trade in value, I made what I thought was a realistic offer. I didn't try to low ball them, understanding they have a business to run, and I didn't want to spend all day negotiating over price. Jason took my offer to his manager, came back and simply said, "ok". I know enough about the value of the car I bought to know I got a fair deal. I was treated with respect throughout the entire transaction. Jason is easy to work with and laid back. Charles, the finance manager is a riot! He had me laughing the whole time. Again, no pressure, just the facts and options from him. I'll be looking for a car for my daughter soon and will definitely check their inventory, call Jason and be willing to make the drive over there, as it was a refreshingly positive experience.

After we were told by the first shop we called that the earliest they could get us in would be Tuesday, and with only an hour until closing (on a Friday night!), Joe, Beau, Tim, and Shane demonstrated what teamwork and world-class customer service looks like, procuring a radiator from another location, and installing it, along with a new water pump, to get us back on the road in record time! We are just amazed at the kindness and generosity of these gentlemen and cannot recommend them highly enough.
