He explained a few different options and provided the top notch service I was looking for. I was there less than an hour and he had great quality pipes with beautiful tips welded ready to roll! Within the first mile of driving, my truck is accelerating and shifting better than ever. It is very quiet in the cab (the most quiet it has been since I bought it) but loud and sexy outside. So, I pulled up to John's automotive and John suggested to have the tires rebalanced. This resolved my vibration issues and I'm glad I went there. The work was completed on time and on budget. Note to other car owners : don't assume Costco will balance your new tires. They clearly don't, at least not my tires.

After dropping the vehicle off the next day I get an email to approve work for over $6000. I immediately called and said, "No, that sounds like a bait and switch!" Long story short I took my car to a local GMC dealership who performed the job for $4652.29. I feel bad for anyone who wouldn't have known better and would have just paid that. The dealerships are almost always the most expensive, but somehow managed to beat this shops price by $1500. The second photo from the dealership also included a 4 wheel alignment. Buyer Beware
