Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. I did not expect the additional installation using their shop supplies, so I doubled the consult fee which was still very reasonable. Thanks guys for treating a double walk-in so professionally. I asked for a quote for my car, was given one and scheduled the car for service, I drove all the way through to be told that they have a backlog and that we need to reschedule. I rescheduled for another time convenient for me as I was off of work. I was told to call a day before without them even checking that this day was a day off for them. I had to reschedule for a second time as they still had this backlog Finally brought the car and I was told that it will be done in 5 days which was not true as it took them another week. A day before I received a phone call from a Louise" , a manager who was talking in a very intimidating way telling me that I will have to pay 300 dollars more as there was a glitch in the system and they did not add the manpower when giving me the quote. In an ideal world they should have waived this amount, however I was nice enough to tell her that at least they should give me a discount, her answer was in an authoritarian way " I CANNOT DO THIS". Anywho, I bring my concern to the front office, they apologized and told me that they will bring my complaint to a higher manager who eventually left a message for me to address my concerns, I called back left a message and never received a call back as I already paid the full amount. I absolutely do not recommend them for anyone, you can get the service elsewhere with half the price and with much better service.

I called one day for status and they said it's due to finish x date then when I called back they said no it's not right we haven't ordered parts yet. So they don't communicate with each other. Finally truck finished repairs were done nicely can't complain and truck was cleaned inside which was nice also. When I went to pick it up we had to wait till someone can escort us outside the truck was brought from back and she wouldn't give me key to go look at repairs before I pay deductible. She must have thought I am going to run away over 500.00 payment. . The truck back cover was left open and it snowed and filled the back with snow first of all nothing was being repaired in the trunk no reason it should have been open but they must have wanted to see what's in there. My tools and material in trunk was ALL RUINED!! 850.00 off ruined stuff with a drill they won't turn on and those are expensive. I called the manger and he wanted me to return so he can clean and see what was ruined which was nice off him however I had just taken a two week vacation from work and was unable to return during their hours as I work also during the day. Point is trunk should have never been opened first of all and secondly if you are nosey and open it then have the decency to close it. Think few times before you go here as it seems like employees are dishonest and try to look in the car for valuables...... not a good experience but again repairs done nicely and manger tried to fix everything however this should have never happened in the first place.
