Fast forward a few months, the new splash shield that they installed began dragging and ultimately snapped off mid drive. While under the 1 year warranty, because the splash shield was not present and able to be brought in (somewhere in the middle of the highway broken), they would not honor the warranty. On top of that, the front bumper's eyelids that hold the splash shield are now broken from the splash shield THEY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. Now they are quoting over $500 to fix their inadequate work. The best part is them saying they are getting their manager to approve a good will replacement on the parts since we bought the parts there, they installed it, AND they are the only people to have worked on the car for oil changes. After waiting a hour they tell is no good will was approved. Pay full price. Freaking joke. They've lost my family's business for life and don't deserve yours.

I processed a payment with the understanding it would be going towards my loan yet when i received the next payment update the payment had not been applied. After trying to rectify and clarify the misunderstanding I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. I also witnessed severe distress and disrespect to other customers in similar circumstances.

There is not one complaint I can possibly even think of! The customer service is Chickfala status, there is never a line when walk into building. Anytime I call someone is answering the phone within 3 minutes. I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. They even made me a new Card and let me pick the design just because my old one was scratched up! It's little things like that over the years that makes me give them such an awesome review! I can never go back to SouthSide Bank again. Not because they were bad, but because Altra is just that much better! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

First of all I wanted to say that I just moved from CA to TX & of course I needed to open a new bank account. My lovely step-daughter had refereed Regions Bank on South Broadway in Tyler to me. On March 27th I went in to open my account & we were just starting social distancing due to the Corona virus. So I did all my business at the drive up ATM & I was greeted with the nicest, friendliest, caring, knowledgeable & professional people I have ever met. Stephany, Jessica & William were so nice to me & I kinda thought it was maybe because we had to do this business thru the ATM & what I realized as I was driving away was that wasn't it at all. It was because all 3 of them really did care & they were all amazing employees!! I have had to call the bank a couple of times due to questions & every time I'm greeted with such kindness, but the best was when Stephany called me not once but twice to make sure all was going ok & I told her I was having a hard time signing into the app & sure enough with her kindness & her professionalism she got me in & all set up today.
