Until I purchased another vehicle which had a handful of problems right out of the gate and they refused to cover the cost of repairs. I preformed the repairs myself and have since learned a lot about these vehicles, because of this I'll most likely start doing my own maintenance and repairs instead of visiting BMW Tyler. Because they wouldn't stand behind a sale they've lost a lot of labor revenue for years to come on my vehicles. I felt very undervalued purchasing a vehicle vs getting my vehicles repaired or maintained.
