I preformed the repairs myself and have since learned a lot about these vehicles, because of this I'll most likely start doing my own maintenance and repairs instead of visiting BMW Tyler. Because they wouldn't stand behind a sale they've lost a lot of labor revenue for years to come on my vehicles. While we were waiting they had another salesperson come over and sit within close earshot supposedly on the phone with a customer saying we do not make deals like other brands as we offer our best price first. Knew this was a ploy to convince us to go ahead and buy. After a long wait they said they had credit cleared and we were able to purchase car. Next day we found out they used my credit and put the car in my name which really irritated my wife even more than me. Now they keep calling wanting us to trade our car in on a new one. However we have had a recall for over a year that they haven't fixed. They finally told us to call Honda ( lack of professionalism) so we did and now Honda calling them, as Honda says they haven't fixed allotment and need to use it. They said it was an air mass sensor, replaced it, and gave me a receipt. I paid $9,950.00 cash (taxes and fees included). The vehicle was originally priced at $9,995 before taxes and fees. The manager, Brent, claimed he gave me a "$2,000 discount" -- that is simply not true. The very next day after purchase, the vehicle started: * Shuddering during acceleration (10-25 mph) * Leaking power steering fluid * The engine light came back on I notified Brent right away (2/19/26) and was told to just have a mechanic look at it. My mechanic confirmed: * Power steering fluid leak * Transmission had been replaced at some point (this was NEVER disclosed to me) I asked Brent to discuss to the owner and requested to return the vehicle since I had only had it TWO DAYS and issues started on day one. Brent responded: " I already did. The fact that we discounted the price by almost $2,000 there's nothing we can do. It is a verified one owner car. Very very nice inside and out. You won't spend hardly anything on those repairs. I paid almost $10,000 cash for a vehicle that started having problems immediately, and instead of standing behind their sale, they turned me away.
