I was looking online for vehicles and 3 different associates reached out to me daily multiples times asking when I was coming in stating they can get me approved for the vehicle I would love. I was hesitant but sent all my information and informed them of the current loan I have. I sent them all the info for a trade in and they promised me that they could get me the vehicle of my choice knowing my credit and loan situation. I emphasized that I lived far and didn't want to drive to the location just to be denied. They were adamant that they could get me approved while also getting me out of my current loan. I agreed to come in. They were unable to do anything for me and sent me on my way without even an apology for wasting my time. read more

When I called in to ask for them to remove the fraudulent pull, they gaslighted me, told me "I shouldn't have gotten my information stolen", and hung up on me. My first time buying a car and it was a good experience. John and John were very friendly and helpful. I went with my sister, so I wouldn't be intimidated. By the end of the whole ordeal I was feeling great and not anxious. I got a 2014 Honda Accord. I love it! The price was a-little steep. I've had it for about a week and so far it drives great. If it was possible to give negative stars i would. Read this review entirely because this is fresh. I bought a car here 10 days ago. In the past 10 days my car has stalled twice while i was driving for no known reason. I brought the car back to the dealership to receive resolution for them selling me an unsafe vehicle and the Brian the salesman got pissy I know my rights under WA STATE IMPLIED WARRANTY LAW. Not ONLY did they refuse to operate under WA state law Brian also stood on the fact this car being unsafe is not his issue. Its a 2021 with 50K miles on it. After leaving the dealership with them refusing to do any diagnostic or having a mechanic look at the car ( and telling me the appt time they would offer me ((THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME OPTIONS)) would cause me to take the day off work) they call me 24 hours later to tell me they don't think diagnostic is necessary and its something with the fuel system. Its not. When asked about safety voltage on the car they stated 14 volts the car runs on 11 volts constantly THEN THEY SAID THE 11 volts isnt UNSAFE. Then how is anything less than 14 a safety issue if thats not unsafe????? This dealership is a joke. The sales people are rude, unprofessional they overcharge the car value and they do not care about you your family or anyones safety. DO NOT GO HERE AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT WORK WITH BRIAN This review is just based of off my experience after purchasing the vehicle. I was warned specifically about these guys, the less I agreed the more vicious they got. Called me picky, used manipulation tactics I almost felt bullied. A nearby dealer said DONT GO but I had already gotten there. Sales guy lied multiple times pushed garbage cars on me and give me a loan agreement that was almost 700 dollars a month. Calling me every day, saying the bank is about to deny my loan if I don't come in. Military buyers beware. We purchased a vehicle from this dealer recently. They bill themself as military friendly but tried to hide a manufacturer military refund and denied that it existed until confronted with information from the manufacturer website. As a senior military enlisted leader, I need to warn younger military service members about shopping here. They will ruin your credit with dozens of hard credit checks with affiliated lenders, and lie to you about the payment and try to sneak a higher payment into the final paperwork. Like any slick recruiter, they pretended to try to help you, but only care about making the sale. They treated my wife with extreme disrespect and kept pushing cars on her with payments way higher than she was willing to pay. They would pretend that a car was within her price range and have her test drive or look at it, only to reveal later that it was sometimes more than twice as much as she said she wanted to spend. Please do not shop here if you want a good car, at a fair price, with a respectful and courteous buying experience. USA might be in their name, but trust me this does not seem like a patriotic company! they appear eager to take advantage of service members, and look like they only care about sales numbers and not honoring the sacrifice of those who serve read more

So I saw their ad while online car shopping. I answered few questions & got connected with Kurt. I made an appmt. But I changed it that's when scott manager called me. So far so good. They emailed me my fico. We set up another day for coming in. So I go in, but I wanted to make sure they had cars I was interested. I saw few, so I inquired about prices. This is when nastiness starts. I go in on Sunday drove 40 miles. I meet Kurt. I tell him I wanna see the car. I realize the car has conflicting stickers & engine light is on & car fax has accident on record & tires not 100% & rear brakes need to be replaced. Sensing I'm a very sophisticated buyer asking cash price & finance price, Kurt says they are different. Then, Kurt gets irritated in asking lots of questions he gets upset so I ask for someone new. I get stephen. He's nice it seems and he has paperwork & I fill them out. I go get coffee. I'm online waiting and I come across another ad with the same car advertised at $29,999 not $35,000 as they quoted. I call Stephen and he refuse to sell the car for $30,000. I call the nmbr on the ad. Harrison ford guy answers & I go there to get to the bottom. He says car is $29,999. I ask for test drive. He says he's not gonna steal a customer. So I go back to auto loan usa which is right across street and talk to Stephen. He says he will now sell it to me for $30k. People, they are unethical!!!!! They hide the fact they are Harrison ford. They have two different prices for financing & cash. Is it even LEGAL??? read more

I saw an ad for a nice looking Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, listed for $28000 on Craigslist; Through Auto Loans USA. Vehicle pics and info had the vehicle as fully loaded. Pics and info from the ad showed fully loaded. The vehicle had no issues or damage. Upon arrival (after a 7 hour drive and a friend to assist on return) I found the vehicle to have missing parts, and various items along with damage, and rust that had been covered by paint. After waiting for over 2 hours for the manager to arrive as agreed, I decided to purchase the vehicle, on May 31st 2019, due to verbal agreement to discount the listing price to compensate for the missing items and parts, rust and damage. All promises to compensate or correct the issues were not upheld. Auto Loan USA was very dishonest and deceptive in all their dealings. I contacted Bill Pierre Chevrolet to correct the problems. Devon promised to make it all right. This was also deception and lies. I paid for the vehicle, in full upon purchase and was informed I would have title in hand before my departure that day. This was not the case. It took a month to finally receive the title. It was very hard to obtain the title. All phone calls to dealership to fix missing title and paperwork went unanswered. I also had to refuse signing an inaccurate odometer statement. I had to threaten contacting attorney general of Washington and Oregon in order to get their attention. At which point, I received the title via Fed Ex the very next day. To this day, all damage, missing items and issues have not been corrected or resolved by Auto Loan USA/ Bill Pierre Chevrolet. I received a text this morning from a certain Scott of Auto Loan USA stating that he has loan approval and that he just need to hear from me by reaching him at 425-775-4254. Out of curiosity, I called and asked him if that is the result of my auto loan application from the website of cars.com, he said, "yes!" He then asked me to bring my driver's license, proof of residence, and, pay stub. I asked if he will do a credit check again, he said, "no, you're already approved!" I then asked, "how much?," after asking how much I earn a month, he then said, $15,000 was the approved amount. He then asked when am I coming, I then said, "today," after asking him the closing hour. We travelled 1 hour and 14 mins. to get there only to find that Scott is gone home (I keep on asking if there is a Scott working there, they said, "yes!"), we were greeted by Tom (an old man), I was adamant to deal with another person 'coz of previous bad experiences with different car dealer, Tom sensed my hesitancy and assured me that he will take care of everything as he has more 20 years experience in the business. Since Scott said that there is no more credit check, I then told Tom specifically that there is no more credit check needed and mentioned about what Scott had said. He then told me that the bank will still need my identity and asked me to fill up the paper with my personal info and signature, but, re-assured me that he won't do a credit check. He came back with a credit score to my surprised, then, asked a co-signer to be approved for a loan, since my sister-in-law and husband were with me as witnesses, they will be able to vouch of how the conversations went. As we are in dire need of a car, I then asked my sister-in-law to co-sign, he came back again with negative result. Tom talked their financier named, Abu Harun (the name he told me when I asked Abu), an Asian guy, not only that they left us hanging, this Abu went to walk his dog, while we, customers, where left waiting. So, after we were invited to visit their dealership, we were treated like "shit!" We are gainfully employed with a combined monthly income of more than $5k, but, due to a credit "numbers" game, Abu was asking a $4-5 thousand down! While on a wait for Abu, I asked Tom to give me back my personal info that he made copies of, he then gave me back my request with hesitancy, but, would not let me erase my social security number that the Toyota dealer obliged to do. I don't see any reason why he would keep my SSS info when I have not asked, nor allowed him to do a credit check. After talking to Abu, I decided to stand up and asked my husband and sister-in-law to go. Left with disgust on the Car dealerships systems, untrustworthy Sales people with attitude! We then arrived home after another 1 hour and 14 mins drive and waste of one off day, only to get a notification from Credit Karma that I was hit by a credit check from Harris Ford which Auto Loan USA represents! Now, I have to keep in touch with Trans Union to let them know that it was an unauthorized Credit Check! Another waste of precious time! Why there is no such thing as selecting "zero star!" here?! All right, here is the story: my wife was looking for a car and Harris Ford accept her online application. When she went to dealer they took her to Auto Loan Usa which is their partner dealership. They sold her 2017 Nissan Altima with 45.000 miles for 19.000$. Because my wife doesn't know anything about cars. I went to dealer the next day to cancel the contract because of over price and finance manager refuse the cancel the contract. He made new sales contract with lower price. He dropped the price to 16.000$ but it was still too high for that car. Even if you type the vin number of the car to google, it shows their adds on different car selling web sites. They were asking 15.000$ for that shitty car on another web site. Right after that they refuse the provide the loan company contact information. But they don't know it is shown on the sales contract. I called finance company and ask them to not approve our application because we are not gonna pay it. After 3 days I received a phone call from dealer and they were asking to return the vehicle because of unapproved loan. At that time this idiot sales person were super rude and he used f word :) i returned the vehicle and general manager was so rude as well because I am smart enough to kick their ass. He was bitching because they couldn't sell the car with over price. He block the exit from office and didn't let me leave :) I know some people used to work at that dealer before and as they stated same thing happened many times to different people. Also they offer me 100$ to make positive review :) Definitely don't choose them. They are totally assholes. I also complained them to DMV and hopefully they wont last long. read more

Please Listen to me!!! Never do business with Auto Loan USA ! Their Salesman Scott bluntly lied to me when my son bought a car. He told us the car had only one owner, it had four. He said he couldn't give us the CARFAX report because of privacy reasons, Another Lie! Since my son purchased the car in September, it has broken down five times. it cost us over $2,000 to repair the first time; thank God the work was warrantied by Ford Harris. Now that the car is toast, my son has three years of car payments without a car. Scott refused from day one to help us with this mess. He kept telling, "Sorry you bought the car as is". What a joke. If it wasn't for Ford Harris, "no affiliation", we would have been screwed. This incident will be reported to the Better Business Bureau I am also thinking of going to Jessy with Channel 7 news with my case. I am not going to mess around with these dirt bags.
