A big part of that was Kevin Hansen, who was kind, patient, professional, and very easy to work with. I came in already knowing what I wanted to do, and instead of trying to steer me in a completely different direction, he actually listened and helped me through the process in a way that felt respectful and straightforward. I never felt swindled, rushed, or pressured into anything, and that made a huge difference for me. Overall, the team at Lexus of Seattle made the experience feel much smoother and more comfortable than I expected. Buying a car can be exhausting, but this felt surprisingly low-stress and well handled. If you're nervous about the dealership experience and want to work with someone who treats you like a person instead of just another sale, I'd definitely recommend checking them out and asking for Kevin.

Simple questions were met with short, dismissive responses, and the overall tone felt adversarial instead of helpful. I first spoke with Farhad, then asked to work with a different sales representative, after I asked him three times if we could communicate on a phone, not just through email, and was connected with Mark, who also solely communicated through text. I am new to buying from a dealership and navigating financing, and even basic questions were met with clear frustration and miscommunication. It honestly felt like they did not want to sell me a car. After speaking with the manager, Damon, it completely confirmed my decision not to move forward. He was short, dismissive, and condescending, and made no effort to acknowledge or improve the experience. Buying a car should feel professional and collaborative, not uncomfortable or combative. I ultimately walked away because it did not feel right to continue under those conditions. I would encourage anyone considering Lexus of Seattle to pay close attention to how you are treated throughout the process, not just the pricing. I trusted my gut and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Review of the separate M-B Sprinter Van repair center: First know that my van had a back country…read moreaftermarket build out by a top van outfitter. And that the M-B van maintenance center in Lynnwood is a separate facility from the main dealership on the same road but on the other side (east) of highway 99 a few blocks north and set back from the highway with a sign that is visible but not real large or prominent early on a dark winter morning. I arrived before they opened and they opened promptly at 8AM. My experience was superlative. The service advisor Scott was very considerate and upbeat and a great help. We discussed options for maintenance and he explained their policies and that of M-B and he was very candid about the best options for me. The mechanic Kevin was very thorough and made great suggestions for dealing with our relatively new camper van that has a lot of professional modifications. I was called in a few times from the waiting room to confer with him and learned some valuable tips about the complex systems of the van. He cleared some codes in the electronic system that my scanner could not deal with and they have not reoccurred. The parts department was helpful in identifying some minor parts I needed. The waiting room was comfortable with beverages and snacks. M-B are not cheap to own and maintain but are worth it in my opinion and I will return again to M-B if Lynnwood Van center. I often do my own vehicle maintenance and modifications as I do not trust most domestic and foreign car dealers for even simple tasks. Some can even screw up a simple oil change or tire rotation. But I fully trust the team at M-B of Lynnwood Van as they clearly know their business and are there to help with courtesy. I shopped for vehicles at other M-B dealers in Western Washington but recommend Lynnwood M-B Van center above all others!

I have to thank and commend one of the service consultants, Josh McDowell for his fantastic help…read morerecently in resolving an issue in less than 2 minutes that was, unfortunately, not resolved over the last 4 years. I didn't have an appointment - just stopped in, yet he was quick to help. I first had a volume knob that wasn't working, but a test didn't show any fault codes (the value of human knowledge and experience should never be underestimated!). The service consultant at the time said that I could replace the whole unit, but as I had the volume on the steering column, I decided not to spend the money. I also had Bluetooth connection issues and a Garmin GPS that wasn't working, but there wasn't a connection made between it all. I even bought another Garmin thinking the first one was just old. Finally, I decided to check again with the service department. Josh immediately went right to the issue - a simple blown fuse. He got a new fuse and I was out of there in about 5 minutes! Now both of the Garmin's work, the volume, and I was surprised that when I tried connecting the Bluetooth, it worked, as well. I wish that I was good at directions, but I'm worse than terrible and Josh could see how very grateful I was to finally have the issues fixed. He was not only knowledgeable, but was also very kind and professional. Mercedes Lynnwood is very lucky to have him on their team! I hope this feedback helps anyone that may encounter this issue. The good news is that I love the car. It's a 2012 yet still runs like the day I bought it! I always take it in for yearly routine maintenance and I've had very few mechanical issues.

Absolutely terrible service experiences. Started with a service appt where I said the brakes were…read morenot smooth. They said brake pad wear was fine...and gave me truck back with problem. Next service trip was a problem with awkward shifting transmission. Service advisor said no appt needed, and I dropped off on Monday. Did not hear anything and I called on Friday...Service advisor says "oh yeah, just heard back. You'll need an $11,000 brand new transmission on your truck (6 years old and had 56k in mileage). I would trade it in." I went to National Ford, and they contacted Pierre Ford...They gave them the proper service advice and a new clutch was put in the transmission, costing me $2200 (instead of $11,000) and National Ford covered 1/3 of it for me. I got the truck back, which they did not agree I needed new brakes, and the mechanic didn't even seem to notice/identify massive damage in the tires sidewalls. I don't even know how you take a tire off and not notice this. Last item, I reached out to the Dealership General Manager. Just wanted to share with him my story (in even more detail, as there are other "misses") and he replied, saying he would call me the next week. Consistent with the rest of the experience, the week went by with no call. Poor customer service starts with management, and it showed. My advice, go to any other dealer or a local mechanic for your service. This is a place to avoid, and that is too bad, because it's location is convenient.

This review is about the stellar customer service that was provided to me while buying a car. Buying a car from a dealership is a pain and I spent weeks stressing about doing it. When the time finally came, I went to a local and known Ford Dealership that immediately tried to screw me over on payments and price of the vehicle and had to walk away. After I left there, I went to Seattle Finest Motors because they had a car in their inventory I was very interested in, a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had found it online a couple days prior and the sales agent Leonard reached out to me about it. The day I wanted to see it, he came in on his day off just to help me. The entire time I worked with Leonard he was honest and respectful. He not only helped me get the car I wanted, but got me a much better rate than I was expecting. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner in the car wasn't blowing as cold as it should be and the team there kept the car overnight to have it looked at and the next day when I went to pick it up the AC was cold as ice. The day I picked it up, another sales agent named Habib assisted me in getting all of the paperwork together and answering all my dumb questions. I drove the car off the lot that day. About two weeks later I received my license plates via mail (a huge advantage that saved me a trip!) along with a check for the difference in the cost of vehicle tabs. What impressed me most about Seattle Finest Motors is the honesty about the vehicles and transparency about what you pay for. They didn't try any aggressive sales tactics, make me feel pressured, and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a used car, definitely check these guys out. Side note: I know I said the review wasn't about the car, but I've put several hundred miles on it already including a trip that was over 100 miles and it's had absolutely no problems.

2020 Subaru WRX Premium VIN: JF1VA1F68L8822383…read more We went in ready to buy a 2020 WRX the same day, but a pre-purchase inspection revealed it was far from "clean"--including a transmission fluid leak, leaking strut, uneven tire wear affecting the AWD system, a failed sensor, and a full 60k service due (about $4k-$6k in immediate costs), plus visible interior and exterior wear. The staff was polite, but when we brought this up, they said we were "about $5,000 apart" and only offered to fix a couple of items. With the car also having an accident and theft history, the price simply didn't match the condition. We walked away--get an independent inspection if you're considering a car here.

We've all heard the horror stories about companies that leave you hi and dry when something goes wrong. Not SEAVIEW! I recently had a crazy situation happen with my 2024 GMC HUMMER EV 3X SUV. I had a faulty part in my HUMMER that came to light in a somewhat dramatic fashion. It was very surprising to me as I believe this truck is amazing in all aspects. This HUMMER is about as over engineered as it gets. When this happened it was quite tragic and SEAVIEW GMC is standing behind their product! Besides the down time, I've been told I'm getting my truck back like new at no charge! They're even sending it to a very reputable auto body shop to fix the very minimal body damage caused by the issue! The only issue I can think of is that it's taken quite a long time. I'm hoping to get her back very soon and I'm good. I'll definitely update this review as needed. All you need to know if you're pondering buying a new truck is you're about to get A TRULY AMAZING AUTOMOBILE! And if something were to go wrong with it, you'll be taken care of! An awesome truck with no worries! I've owned two ESCALADES before this HUMMER and I'll always buy GM for my daily driver. As far as I'm concerned they don't have any competition. "Oh sorry, we didn't mean for that to happen." Lastly the car's motor had 95,000 miles on it, and lasted less than 10,000 be for it had a total failure. I had it looked at by two other dealers, who both said this type of problem would have shown up in the dealer used car check in process. Seaviews answer, " It looked fine to us." Don't even stop by to look, just keep going.
