Todd was great! They had a really interesting exotic, parked out front, an old Mercedes, he made buying this car fun!. He was informative, he was fairly knowledgeable, was not afraid to tell me he didn't know something when he didn't know it, but he did everything he could to help me with a car buying process. So easy and friendly. No bullshit!

Best experience with a car dealer I've had. Honest people who stand behind there vehicles. No bs just want to get you in the right vehicle for you and your family. In this day and age that's rare ,will buy from them again and special thanks to Karl.

Max was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and made the car buying experience easy! The complimentary taco truck was a pleasant bonus!

Disappointed with the sale and all it's hidden fees and salesman behavior lying and courting the customer.

Highly recommend this dealer due to the quality people and seamless transaction!…read more We had a great experience with Rairdon's of Monroe. The salesman Mike H., was awesome to work with, and partnered with us to make sure we got the car and the deal we wanted. He also took the time to educate me and my family on every feature in the SUV and the little details most people overlook. if the quality weren't enough of a reason to be have a great experience, it was all completed within 3 hours! I was thrilled! Keep it up. Thank you!

Our salesperson Randy became completely unreachable. When we called back and asked to work with someone else, we were connected with Vincent -- and refused. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn't come to the phone. When we asked about negotiating on price, they just stopped calling us back entirely. No answer, no follow up, no basic professional courtesy. And before they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them -- we never even got that far. We couldn't get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback that never came, a manager who wouldn't engage, and a salesperson who had disappeared. This wasn't a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that couldn't meet the bare minimum standard of basic customer communication. And then there's this: Vincent was rude and dismissive on the phone, and the rudeness escalated noticeably the moment he realized he was speaking with me -- a woman -- rather than my husband. Let that sink in. In 2026 this dealership is still operating like my money is worth less than my husband's because of my gender. We took our business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are dealerships that will actually treat you like a human being regardless of who answers the phone.

I decided to contact the Monroe branch and spoke to Diego H. at that branch and he made an appt. with me, I met with him the next day and with 30 minutes he had my account re-opened, all set and was fantastic. He knew exactly what I needed, how to proceed, and had me out of there in 40 minutes (we chatted or I could have been done in 30 minutes). I was pleasantly surprised after being told by a banker at the other branch that the process would take two hours and to come back even though I had an appt there. He said he was really busy LOL. Diego was the best and I highly recommend the Monroe branch. The other two tellers there were also fantastic and very helpful.

I check back nearly a year later and they have suddenly started charging the account a service fee, leaving me with half of my balance than when I started. I made an appointment immediately to close the account, and sort out why I had been charged monthly fees when I was told that the account wouldn't be charged fees by two tellers, I never received any notification of the fee starting, and I have several other Chase accounts, in excellent standing for years and years... so why charge me on this account? I sat down with Benjamin who disregarded all of my concerns about not being notified, or being told that it was a fee free account by other employees, or that I am a customer of chase on other accounts, and he just kept trying to make petty small talk while seeing if he could reverse any of them. "Nope couldn't do it, but maybe I can do the last month or two... There you go. I mean you want that right? I can take it back!" (I wanted to walk out I was so pissed that he joked about taking the 1/10th he was going to refund, and take it back.) He refunded me $24 of the $200+ they took in fees. Is it my job to have to advocate for myself at this bank? I should have told him to get me in touch with someone that could gets all those fees refunded. I felt so disrespected by the jokes or whatever Benjamin thought he was doing. I'm going to be cancelling my other accounts and credit cards. I don't want to be associated with this business.

I deposit a check and get told the first time it might take 1 to 4 days to clear. Four is long, but OK, Maybe they need to establish a pattern for my deposits. I deposit a second check and now it will take SIX days according to their chat! We're in the age of everything instant and a bank wants to take SIX DAYS to clear a $250 check. Unbelievable. I called Coastal and they say it is not them doing the banking. Really? "Bank account services provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC." If it isn't, then management is completely incompetent and should NOT be running a bank, period.

A name mind you that I went into said branch and added to my account less than a year ago. I am then told that the bank will not process a refund nor replace the box of checks that I paid for when I first opened the account many years ago. They will not provide me with checks for the new account that they are forcing me to open because they are forcing me to close my account of many years. I then reiterated the points that the bank is going to force me to close my current account and force me to open an entirely new account because they will not just simply remove a name from my account. And the bank will not issue a new box of check nor reimburse me for the checks that I was already charged for and paid for. Rather they will give me 4 temporary counter checks with my name printed on them for the new account they are forcing me to open. The "manager" then scoffs at me over the phone and says to me "However you want to look at it" I said I am not looking at this anyway... I simply reiterated your exact words and term you presented to me. She again scoffed at me said. "We are not forcing you to do anything" I said well great then you'll be removing the name from my account and that will fix this whole issue and take care of the problem? She scoffed once more and said "NO" noticeably irritated and said "I already told you, you have to close your current account and open a new account." So I once more said then you indeed are forcing me to close my current account and forcing me to open up a new account. She says "However you want to look at it" I then said then you tell me how I should look at it other than the exact way you have presented it to me. She had nothing further to say.
