From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about a vehicle, Chanelle greeted us with such a…read morewarm, bubbly, and welcoming personality. She immediately made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about helping us find the right car. As a mother herself, she understood the importance of choosing a safe and reliable vehicle for a growing family. She worked closely with us to make sure we stayed within our budget while also finding a car that I truly loved. Every single one of my non-negotiables was met, and I drove away with my dream car at the perfect time as we await the arrival of our little one. We're incredibly grateful to Chanelle and the entire team at Enterprise Car Sales for making this such a positive, stress-free experience. We will absolutely be back for future vehicle purchases and recommend them 100 times over to anyone in the market for a new car!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise…read more Larry sold me this 2023 vehicle less than a year ago. I also paid for an expensive additional warranty because I specifically wanted protection against unexpected repairs after purchasing a used vehicle. I have put LESS THAN 2,000 MILES on this car since buying it. Now, less than a year later, an independent shop has documented multiple significant issues. Their inspection states: * Both rear shocks are leaking and replacement is recommended to restore ride quality and stability. * Oil leaks are present, and the technician recommends an oil dye test to pinpoint the source of the leak(s). After discovering these problems, I contacted Enterprise expecting at minimum some assistance figuring out what was happening with a vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. Instead, I was sent to Jim, who essentially informed me that the additional warranty I was sold covers none of these issues. There was no offer to have Enterprise inspect the vehicle themselves. No offer to have their own technicians evaluate the documented leaks. No assistance in determining why a 2023 vehicle that I have personally driven fewer than 2,000 miles is already experiencing these problems. I was simply told they would not cover it. I understand that used cars require maintenance and that warranties have exclusions. What I do NOT think is reasonable is buying a relatively new vehicle from Enterprise, paying extra for warranty coverage, driving it fewer than 2,000 miles, and less than a year later discovering leaking rear shocks and an active oil leak -- only to be told I am entirely on my own. I purchased through Enterprise specifically because I believed buying from a large, established company would provide some accountability and peace of mind compared with buying from a private seller. At this point, I'm potentially facing thousands of dollars in diagnostics and repairs on a vehicle I've barely driven, while the expensive additional warranty I was sold appears to provide no protection for the problems the vehicle is actually experiencing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise get a completely independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully investigate exactly what their additional warranty excludes before paying for it.

Not only did they have the right vehicle that fit my needs, but they were very informative on which vehicle I needed for long-term use in my company. Robert was the salesman that never gave me that never gave me the "salesman" feel. He stuck to the facts of what I needed to know and never pushed to go with a vehicle that was out of my desire and budget. Good people with honest morals, I'll go here again for my next vehicle in a heartbeat!

What impressed me about this little dealership is their fair pricing, choice of vehicles that are a good fit for my business, their friendly and accommodating service. Craig was super helpful in getting me all the information I needed about the vehicles, specs, even a recent CarFax to give me the assurance I needed to close the deal. Yesterday Rob stepped up to wrap up all the paperwork when Craig was off for the day, he helped me wrap things up so I would not be delayed. Rob said it's what they do, to help each other out to help their clients which is quite refreshing in a sales environment. Tiff details and preps the vehicles for sale and also does a top notch job, these vehicles look brand new, very solid overall experience. I will be back soon...

We began communicating with Adam F. before our visit to make sure we could purchase the new car at the price we were hoping for. Throughout the entire process, Adam was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to help us get a great deal on both our trade-in and new vehicle purchase. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Scott C. in financing was also wonderful during the financing process -- helpful, fun to talk with, and great to work with overall. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

Toxic practices in the hopes nobody actually reports it and/or nobody actually reads the reviews. I will be filing with the AG and FTC, so that box is checked. You can read the review and avoid them and check the other box. Together we can get them to either be honest to their customers, or close down. Onto the review! If you read these reviews, the theme is the same. They engage in dishonest, bait and switch pricing. Their website clearly advertised a price (that was listed as the "no surprises at the dealership price"). Of course, that "no surprise" price was filled with surprises! When I called the woman who answered immediately got defensive and asked for proof. I sent screenshots at her request. The response was to get even more defensive and imply that it was somehow my fault for not recognizing the error. Gaslighting 101. I think it is better just to put screenshots than explain further. They clearly practice deceptive pricing and then try and hide behind "it was an error". It is frustrating that a business wants to lead with such dishonesty. You can judge for yourself, but hopefully you can save yourself the angst of spending anytime with this business. Their response when I caught them doing this was to ghost me and stop responding. It is not an honest business. You can also google about the current state of Jeep as a brand and quickly becomes a one two punch. Summary: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
