Mike looked at my…read morecar for maybe 3 minutes, tapped on the hood like he was in a movie, and immediately tried quoting me over $3,000 in repairs with almost no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown of the estimate, he got defensive and started throwing around vague mechanic terms hoping I wouldn't question it. Took the estimate to another shop and found out half the stuff Mike claimed was "urgent" didn't even need to be repaired. The whole place gives off shady vibes. Felt less like an honest repair shop and more like a place that preys on people who don't know cars. Would not trust Mike with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

There were instances where parts were charged for but never actually installed. In some cases, unnecessary parts were sold to customers who didn't need them, and at times, the work billed was not fully completed. These practices were not isolated or accidental--they happened frequently enough to be considered routine. Additionally, the shop often lacked qualified technicians to perform repairs properly. Corners were cut, and customer vehicles did not always receive the level of care and attention they deserved. I'm sharing this to encourage others to ask questions, request to see the old parts that were "replaced," and to get second opinions if something doesn't feel right.
