So, I stopped in, looking for an expert opinion. I was greeted kindly and within minutes, a friendly mechanic came to help me. He checked my oil and pulled the codes. We were assured that we were safe to make the trip home but advised to have the van checked out when we got home. The gentleman handed me the diagnostic printout and didn't even charge me! Mixed proficiency, at best I had a bad experience with them…read moreregarding an oil change. Long story short, my oil was was low, lower than it should have been for my mileage. (The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

Communication was very good throughout the process, very accommodating need of client, and reassured that i would love the outcome, indeed!!!! I attached before and after picture of my car. And it looks like good as new!!! Very clean!!! He even washed my car outside and inside,, felt like i got new car. I still have to fix some part in front, he promised to take care of that too (due to scheduling, in Separate appt in November) he promised to give me the good price and would accommodate my need.
