I waited a short time before I was able to drive my car into the bay. The service was quick and there was no pressure to get any services done. I was advised that I needed Coolant, so I was appreciative that the check was done especially with winter around the corner. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to, but there's a premium for the convenience. They mentioned to come back for a complimentary oil top up and tire retorque in 80km, which is a nice addition. We will NEVER go to one again. We just had a routine oil change at the Trenton location. The total price was $218.77. This included charges like $49.99 for an air filter, (half this cost at Canadian Tire, $6 on Rockauto), $11 for a 'special filter' charge', $5 for a skid removal fee, and $110.62 for the oil, (usually around $45 for name brand). My wife brought the car in and she was taken advantage of in the worst way. Stay away from this place. They do not deserve to be in business.
