Helena had me bring the car in immediately. The steering wheel was clanking and pulling and there was knocking in the front end. I feared the worst. I was offered a free loaner car until my car was fixed at 3pm. They have a couple cars for this. I lucked out today. The team there was super busy and cars and people were all funnelling thru. That didnt stop them from getting me back on the road quickly tho. I will always get my vehicle to Midas for all mechanical repairs. Its not just a brake shop. Their mechanics are experienced in all areas of mechanics and cars. The price was reasonable. Very pleased.

I was not disappointed. I waited about five minutes after which I was brought into the service bay and the oil change began. The service was prompt. The staff were knowledgable and courteous, and I have nothing but good things to say about Simran, Bhanu, and Robin. They were friendly and helpful in pointing out areas where my tundra truck was behind in its maintenance schedule, but they were not pushy. And when I used the online coupon in payment, the cost was Just slightly less than what I have been paying at my local family owned garage for the same service. They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. Because I got multiple services, they gave me a bunch of discounts and installed new wiper blades for free! They washed my windows after the rust proofing. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service.
