Larry C owns the business. He used to offer discounts on oil changes to get customers in the door, then call the customer at home telling them they needed additional repairs. I knew I needed a front hub replacement, so I said "ok". His mechanic put the hub in backwards causing all sorts of engine lights to come on. When I went back in to talk to Crawford about it, his reply way "you brought it in that way". I left, angry, and took the car to another mechanic shop. This is when I learned that the new hub was installed backwards with the magnetic strip turned outward causing the speed sensor to malfunction. If you take your car here for an inspection make sure you don't need the restroom because they don't have one for their customers you pay them for service but not the restroom. I will take my business somewhere else. One star read more

Called with a question and got a rude answer and when I was asking another question, he just hung up on me. Will be going somewhere else.

Very bad customer service. I needed to get my vehicle inspected. So, I called them and I believe the guy who answered was Larry but as I was asking him if they could do the inspection that day he hung up on me. When I went to the shop, the guy Larry was a bit rude and he eventually got my car in. They were able to get my vehicle inspected but the people weren't the best to deal with and when I need an inspection next time I won't go back to Auto Medics. read more

My daughter took her Jeep Wrangler to Auto Medics, started telling the owner of the business what was going on with it, he acted like he could care less for the business, he was very rude and disrespectful. Needless to say she did not leave her jeep there! We will take it somewhere where they appreciate the business! If you take your vehicle there , whatever you do DONT tell him whats wrong with it, thats what started the issue - who would of thought! Crooked. Can't trust a word they say. One time I busted them when they charged me for something that obviously was never done, which they fessed up to advising oh this has never happened before. Another time they fixed items that come to find out they had already previously "fixed"...yes I keep my receipts. The final straw was when they fixed and charged for items that had nothing to do with what the car was actually brought in for. Only when I took it to another mechanic did I see what a slime ball place this is. Blame myself for being so naive and not listening to when people told me he was a crook. Leaving town in two days and I called to say I have to have the bike inspected, he proceeded to tell me it's too cold and call back Saturday. Later that's Friday it warmed up to 37 and I called and said tomorrow it's suppose to rain is 37 warm enough. Sure enough I got the inspection taken care of and they were polite after all. Original:"Called because I need my motorcycle inspected just to get it licensed. Whoever answered the phone was rude and didn't care that I needed my inspection, just told me they were not doing it in the "cold." A motorcycle inspection takes five minutes. I totally trust them to do the work on my car, and feel like I finally found a place that treats a female customer with care and respect. It doesn't hurt that they have pets in the store, too. Auto Medics does all of my mechanic work. I have been going here for years. They have always been able to fix everything I have brought to them. The mechanics seem to know what they are doing, diagnosing the problem, and getting it fixed. I don't know why these other reviews had problems. I sent my teenage son there to get a tune up. I gave him a coupon of theirs they advertised a $49 tune up for most vehicles. The car is a common domestic vehicle. Of course we got a call stating the car needed special plugs and the cost would be $159. Had the work done but the car ran no better afterwards. read more

The customer service was acceptable but the work done on the car just wasn't. I got all four of my tires replace only for them to run flat on the highway the next day. The following day, I took it to them explaining the problem they claim to have found nothing. Not to long after that my tires had inflation retention problems. It got so bad that I needed to inflate specifically by left rear tire daily. I initially recommended the place to a friend and he was ignored the entire time he was there to the point he was force to leave and find service elsewhere. I am currently getting my tires re-replaced at Discount Tires from the under inflation damaged they suffered from the second day of usage when the tires all went flat on the highway. read more

Auto medics has worked on my cars since 1998 pay them a bout $500 a year for 2 90s suv's. if you got a beater, stick with them for a bit, it will be worth it in the long game. read more

Be aware. Not a particularly honest place. If you leave after paying and you still have a problem then don't expect any addition service you'll just be out the fee. These guys just are not all that honest in my opinion. read more

Had my truck to 3 other shops for a transmission problem and all 3 said it was fixed when it wasn't..... This went on for abut 3 months and finally I went to Auto Medics after a friend recommended them and the service was great.
