Bought a 2012 charger rt from this location last July. I've put 3k miles on it in a year. I also purchased a full warranty. The engine is blown, none of the repairs we agreed to at purchase were performed. They were deliberately deceptive about the state of the vehicle. I went in with the intent on trading in a truck in hopes of buying another used one. Was not greeted by the salesman who was too busy to come out from behind his desk. Even in this time of pandemic I would think a respectful good morning and smile from your salesman would be a must. Then the grumpy lot guy who barley broke a smile to point us in the right direction to enter the building. I should have known from here to leave. So my truck was completely undervalued due to some what any reasonable person would seem pretty easy fixes and when I was delivered the news and in shock by it the salesman had the nerve to say HE was I insulted because I felt that was too low and they could do better. His rebuttle was they are a small dealer and they can't afford to take such a hard loss, yada yada and they can buy the same truck in the Midwest but better yada yada. Well clearly working to help someone to bring their target area up a measly 2k was too much to ask this particular salesman and he was too insulted to proceed. Us called several times spoke to Jamie salemen, and service looking to get the code for the keyless entry and no one knew. Salesmen keep telling where to look well hello nothings there. I purchased a car in 2017 and was shown a auto xmcheck report vs a car fax. This did not identify that my car was in an accident, originated in Canada and used for commercial use. I had nothing but issues with this vehicle to the point I feared for myself and others when driving it. I traded it in as I did not want to cause an accident that could cause injury or death to myself or others on trade in at an honest dealership I was shown the car fax and this vehicle report showed all of the above concerns, my trade in value was 5000.00 less because car was worth 25,000 trade in and 10% taken off for it being Canadian and 10% of because it was in an accident. Which were not disclosed on purchase of the vehichle. 118 point inspectionlocated in my glove box, I found as I was getting ready to trade in revealed they never completed the vehicle history report and other significant checks. I have reached out to all mangers in the Canandaigua/farminton office. No resolution, ignoring my phone calls as well as an email to the CEO/Owner with no response. Careful of this place they are out for themselves, buying cars from Canada, showing auto check reports instead of carfax and making more money that they would if the vehichle was from the USA. read more

This place is ridiculous, don't waste your time, soon as you pull out with your "new" it's your problem! I purchase my car on a Saturday, 2017 Kia Forte with 45k, I washed my car for the first time the following Tuesday, cause it's winter and it was covered in snow salt and ice when I test drove it and walked around it, I get out to dry it and it's got two slits in the rear bumper, and bigger dent in the rear quarter panel, third gears a little tough to shift into, I paid 13k for the car and it's so bare bones it doesn't even have day time running light, the rear passenger door seal is all coming off all my shiny silver radio trim is peeling off, so I call and talk to the sale manager and they say they price them accordingly, so 13k was the price for the dented car that has nothing, so I call again cause I'm pissed and they tell me to come in and all they do to help me is glue the rear door seal back on and it's falling off again already! Be careful look over everything or go to someone who will actually do something for you! What a joke!!! read more

The salesman Jamie was great! He was the perfect mix of friendly, understanding and professional. Literally the perfect non pushy car salesman. Adam at sales desk was also wonderful. The GM was great... in the beginning. After the purchase of the new car and the paper work was signed for my trade in...almost 2 weeks later my old car loan still was not paid off from them. I was told a check was already in the mail a week prior to that. It is only a 1 day transit for mail from wolcott to my bank. So I called to explain to the GM and explained something must be wrong. He totally dismissed my concerns completely. Telling me they legally had 14 days to pay it off and that is still 3 days away(Saturday, Sunday-FYI banks are closed, and Monday). I explained to him that I was told the check was mailed over a week ago. Did it get lost? What happened? He told me " it's not your problem or concern". That's when I lost total respect for this place. It is my concern and my problem and do not ever tell me it is not when it impacts my financials and my credit. I have every right to be involved in the payoff status concerning my bank account. I later received a phone call from the accounting woman, Amy. She was very nice and sympathetic. She told me she just cut the payoff check and will be bringing it to the bank within the day. She called back 2 hours later to confirm with me the bank received it. I was very impressed in the beginning with this dealership. If the GM would have handled the situation differently, this would have been a totally different review. His lack of compassion, follow up on a transaction was horrible. He didn't even have the decency to call me back. And in a side note, they had my old car for sale and marketed almost 2 weeks without a clean title. Not the best idea. Jamie, if you are reading this and decide to go elsewhere to sell cars, let me know...I will follow you to that dealership. I won't be back to Auto Outlets of Wolcott b/c of the GM. read more

This may be the #1 used car place in Wayne County, but it did NOT earn my business! Went in there to try to buy a used SUV, they wanted to finance me 5.99% and pay $2,000 fee as well. Told them I could get my own financing so it would be less than 5.99% and ask to waive the vehicle purchasing fee since my spouse and I make less than $20 an hour. They wouldn't budge with this told me I could trade in a car - simply played those same games James Provanzzano's or the Fuccillos' dealerships would play in my opinion. I told them I would check out the car I saw at another used car dealership instead, they didn't seem to care I was taking my business elsewhere. read more

One of the worst places to buy a vehicle! Bought a 2016 Ram 1500 from Auto Outlets, Wolcott, NY. Had an issue and took it to the dealer for warranty work, guess what? Warranty work can't be done in the United States cause it was made in Canada, so can only be done in Canada. I called and asked about this, the manager said he had no idea about this. Really!?! You probably bought it at a Canadian auction. I live 4-1/2 hours away, so I called and asked if they would cover the cost to have it fixed. Nope, they wanted me to drive 10 hours round trip to their shop and the job is a 4 hour job. I recommend not buying even a bicycle let alone a car or truck. Buy elsewhere!! read more

Auto Outlets in Wolcott are lying,dishonest group of people. I bought my car from there and had an awesome experience. Julie tries to buy a car from them that she was told Saturday morning was waiting for her to test drive and to be at the dealership at 3pm. We get there and after a half hour we have to get one of the salespersons that was just sitting around attention. Then the first thing the sales guy says to Julie is and I quote " This isn't gonna work,car is in the service department,car went to the auction already. Not going to work because you've not had a Auto loan in the last ten years so you can only get something that's only four years old or newer" all in sixty seconds he lied four times. I tried to say something and he got all extra cocky and that's when I told julie to let's go. As we where leaving I turned around and told the guy that he needs to get his story straight because he just told four different ones in less then sixty seconds. They basically lied to her because they sold the car and wanted her to buy something else and wanted her to have a over $300 a month payment instead of the $140 already approved payment. I purchased my truck at the end of June 2020 and the buying experience went really well. They even delivered the vehicle to me. This was the end of my positive experience. My truck supposedly went through a 119 point vehicle inspection and I feel that it didn't I had my truck up there 3 different times for numerous problems which they did fix except for one major problem.Whenever my truck would reach 45-50 mph it would shake and would get worse the faster I went. Jamie had stated it was the cv axle or cv shaft and they would have to order one.Keep in mind my truck had a 3 month warranty with it and when I purchased it had 28,000 miles on it and was a 2017. Well this part took over a month to get in and when I went up there to get it fixed there was someone else there not Jamie. I believe his name was Scott and he said they were not replacing the cv axle because that is not what the problem was. He stated the shake was from the 6 inch lift that the truck had(the way I bought it). He said one of the rear shocks was iffy and he would order two and have them sent to them and they would send them to me to have them installed. Why not just send them to me to begin with. Scott told me the truck was perfectly fine to drive the way it was. Total bs, they just didn't want to have to pay to have it fixed. Needless to say I took it to my local dealerships and they replaced the rear end and the rear shocks costing me over $3,500 to fix this. I would not ever recommend buying anything from this dealership, the service was less than stellar. I also believe they cracked the front of my bumper on my last trip up there. Worst vehicle purchase experience ever. 140 point inspection must be a joke. Truck wasn't even detailed when we picked it up but figured we would let it go. It has been back to their shop 3 times in 2 months! We actually bought it from Spencerport and then they closed a week later. Now we have no choice but to drive from Greece all the way to Canandaigua for service on our extended warranty. 1st time the tranny pan needed replaced after the truck threw a check engine code. Same code came back on a few weeks later and they flashed the computer. Paid $500 to have shocks replaced that trip. We've had it 2 months!!! Now the truck is pulling to the right real bad and we discovered the lug nuts are able to be finger turned. Are you kidding me?! We've had it back for 3 days and it needs to go back again because it sounds like the wheel bearings are messed up. Stay away. Real far away read more
