So pretty much paid off the whole thing, minus maybe $100-$150. I had nothing but issues with this thing from the day I got it. They sold it to me missing an ABS chip, which I was told I would get "as soon as they could order it" for the next three months, I was taking it in every week for repairs, battery dying out, just so many problems. Then I was late on a payment by a few days and they had it towed on me. So I payed to get it out of the tow place, and then paid them another $200. So, that should have taken care of the rest of what I owed. I heard nothing from them after that, so I assumed it was finally paid off. I took it to Pick and Pull because I'm finally done with the piece of junk. Shopping for a new vehicle as we speak. They told me there's a lien on it. So I call this place, to ask what the deal is. THESE PEOPLE SAID I HAVENT MADE PAYMENTS IN OVER TWO YEARS. for 1, IVE ONLY HAD IT FOR NOT EVEN TWO FULL YEARS YET. I got it in MARCH of 2021. THEN they want to say I still owed $1100 on it. WHAT! Absolute SCAM artists. Not to mention, they were SO quick to tow it when i was late by a Few days why would they have not towed it again if I really owed that much money...? I paid it pretty near close to off, if not completely off and then some! I'm beyond disgusted at how awful this place was. They were horrible to work with, they were just downright unprofessional, and not to mention massive scam artists. I will absolutely never give them my business again, and I wouldn't reccomend a single person to go to that place.

As you remember, I paid over 6,000.00 for your services and regret every minute and dollar spent. I should have asked for the accreditations of all the people who worked on my vehicle as I believe they were more BOCES than Jaguar trained, yet I paid the big bucks for what I feel was no more than Craigslist mechanics. Let's begin with the loose steering. The steering wheel still has play and earlier this year I brought this to your attention but you refused to look at it unless I paid a 67.00 fee. Since when does a shop of your "caliber" look for money to inspect warranty work? That's why I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and they published my complaint regarding tour work. Next is the alignment which you did twice and admitted, "That's the best I can do". At 275.00 for an alignment I would think you could have made this big engined vehicle...12 cylinder go down the road on a straighter path. Let's talk about the brakes, 1500.00+, which pull to the right and the front hose which I was charged 101.00 leaks. The brake light keeps coming on at the oddest times, and then shuts off. Finally the "Minor" tuneup which you gave the car. You didn't clean out the mouse nest which took me 2 hours to remove, but you did tell me there were leaves. 970.79 for a job that left my idle to this day erratic, and quite a few vacuum hoses which you "forgot" to reinstall. I inspected terminals which were not cleaned but corroded. And one more thing, the PCV valve which you replaced for 104.83 and mentioned it really didn't need it but it might have been original, so why not...but the engine breather which was adjacent you didn't touch. I read the manual, removed it and soaked it in gasoline to remove the molasses like crud in its lattice work shaped body. I also scraped the gunk around the pipes which I am sure you should have looked at as it was so close. Jeff, you and your crew did a disservice to my beautiful 1989 5.3L XJS convertible. This year since you worked on it has been a nightmare as I believe you didn't solve the problem but became part of it. And yes, because I know you will use this...I did complete your survey immediately as I trusted you, but didn't know the negative issues until I drove the vehicle and it was too late to retract them. You used this against me when I disputed 2,900.00 worth of your work with American Express, and you won the case. Sly...very sly. My vehicle, as we reach the 1 year warranty point which you will not honour has been driven less than 4000 miles which again fits into your warranty specs, is not where I want it and reed it to be...I feel I have wasted a great deal of money and would not recommend your shop.

Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday. I said again I'm not from that area, but just from telling some friends from my area this story (Rush NY) they have decided to take their vehicles there for maintenance. Instead there is gross hair all over and there was this goo on the trunk mat that my husband had to wash out with a hose. Half a tank of gas at pick up. I get margins are tight but I have car buying experience and have NEVER picked up a car with less than a full tank at delivery. Had to wait 15 minutes beyond our appointment time because Michael didn't have the paperwork ready. I'd normally be patient but I was going back and forth with him the prior Thursday on a busy day for me as he said he was getting everything ready to go to Saturday that day. Update to my last review I finally had to pick my car up from Longley and move to a more…read moreprofessional, knowlegeable dealership. Longley in general is nothing but a circus with a clown running the service dept. Dosen't know how third party warranties work, lies to the customer, lies to the warranty company and tried to pad the bill for additional 6 hours and unnecessary parts. We then tried to speak to the owner who is never available. A sales person Eric pick up the phone screaming at my husband. Eric then tried to tell my husband the issues were all with the warranty company because they were a bunch of "pakastanians" My husband called him out on his racial comment and he said come pick up your vehicle we can't wait to get it off our lot. Our waranty company is based in PA and their customer service is in the USA. Very nice and accomidating. They also had issues getting Jason to repond, write up a proper quote and they had to tell Jason how to read an approval. They were as frustrated as I was. The only 2 times I had a issues with the warranty approval causing a delay my vehicle was at longley. The other Jeep dealers JUST TAKE CARE of it and I never hear a word. A bunch of unmanaged bunch of fools. Over a month and they could get a wiper motor replaced or even manage to get the part ordered. I authorized the part to be ordered ago and I approved to order the part on June 4th and said I would pay for it and Jason Longley could even manage to get the part order. I called another dealer at 5:15 pm today, will be dropping my Car off at 9:00 am tomorrow morning, they will have the part by 12:00 and I will pick up my car before 6:00 pm. Lesson Learned!!! I will also get a loaner which my warranty pays for but Janson in a month could't manage to get me. Apparently, his MOPAR warranty customers come before me.

The dealership got me right in that afternoon. Jason Longley informed me that it was my struts. Said my struts were safe that they need to be changed eventually. I asked Jason if it was safe to drive it to Michigan and be gone for the next two weeks. He said absolutely he would send his mother or even his grandmother in the car to Florida. While I was in Michigan for two weeks it was one thing after another with the car. Every single time we found something new I called the car dealership and let Jason know. Tuesday, August 5th I had an appointment to get my car serviced. We dropped my car off August 4 the night before so they would have it on time. At almost 4:30 PM Jason Longley called to inform me that my car needed to go to Bill Rapp in Syracuse because it was a Subaru problem. He informed me that an appointment was made for September 2. I could come up and get a loaner car and they could take my car to the dealership or I could take my car to the dealership and get a loaner car. We opted to take the car to the dealership the night before and pick up a loaner car the next day. I had this uneasy feeling about the appointment so I called Bill Rapp to verify. I was informed that no appointment was made. I called Longley Bros back the next day to follow up with Jason because he was the one that made the appointment. He confirmed again that the appointment was made. Jason told me that when I take the car to the dealership I needed to make sure they knew about the warranty and anything not covered by the warranty they were supposed to call Jason and he would take care of it. I called Bill Rapp back again just to confirm and I was told no appointment. At this point the very nice lady made me an appointment for September 2. Everything was finally set and an email confirmation was received. We dropped my car off September 1 the night before so it was at Bill Rapp on time. We went September 2 to pick up the loaner car only to find they didn't have one. They informed me I could drive an old car until one of their loaners were available. Tuesday, September 2 Chris from Bill Rapp called to talk to me about what was wrong with my car. He had a whole laundry list of stuff wrong with it. I told him about the warranty. He ran everything through the warranty only one thing was covered leaving multiple items not covered. I told him to call Jason at Longley Bros as he said they would be covering what was left. Wednesday, September 3 I had not heard anything. I called Bill Rapp and Chris let me know that he was not able to get a hold of Jason. I also called Jason and never receive a call back. Thursday, September 4 radio silence. Friday, September 5 I talked to Chris and he said he was able to connect with Jason on Thursday, September 4 told him everything that was wrong and Jason said he would get back to him. I hung up with Chris and called Jason where he acted completely dumb not knowing anything Chris relayed to me. Jason asked me to send him an email with what was wrong with the car and he would talk to the sales manager as it was a used car and see if they will do anything about the issues. Monday, September 8 guess what... Radio silence from Jason Longley at Longley Bros! I finally got in contact with Jason and he said he was playing middle man with the sale manager. We talked to the sales manager Erick where he proceeded to tell me that he "wished we communicated with them because Bill Rapp pulled a fast one on us that the car doesn't have any problems nor needs anything". Erick was adamant they had no communication with Bill Rapp. Longley Bros is covering the heat shield that was rusted off and resting on my exhaust - and the rest was "unwarranted" per Erick the sales manager. We called Chris at Bill Rapp letting him know what was going on. Chris was going to have his conversations with Jason pulled so he could verify the conversation. Wednesday, September 10 Chris called and informed us the car was done and ready to be picked up. Chris also let us know he had the recorded conversation of him and Jason and would gladly allow me to listen / record it (I have a recording of the conversation). In this recording that took place Thursday, September 4 Chris told Jason about the list of problems and Jason acknowledged them and said he would call Chris back shortly. Jason never called back and proceeded to play dumb when I talked to him. My car had brand new tires that Longley put on when I bought the car. The tires have noticeable wear within a month. I have a picture of the car before the alignment proving it needed an alignment. If I could go back I would have never bought this car from Longley Bros! If you are thinking of doing business with them I highly suggest finding a different dealership!!!
