Talked to their "Sales Manager" Johnny G, he said he'd have call his body guy to come in and handle it, now he's ghosting me. I'll just get my car done by a LEGIT detail shop then take them to court as well as report them with the DMV for being shady. DON'T EVER BUY FROM Vision Kia Canandaigua! That dealership is a joke, every person I spoke with from sales to finance to service had ZERO idea what they were doing!! They switch out sales people every week too, so you really have no one to turn to if you have any questions, comments, or issues.

I found a vehicle online while I was still outside the country and called the dealership to ask a simple question: if I placed a deposit, could they hold the car until I arrived in the U.S.? From that moment forward, what should have been an easy, straightforward purchase turned into one of the most disorganized and frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. First, I was shuffled between multiple salespeople who clearly had no idea what was going on. Even after I placed a deposit and purchased the car, both my husband and I continued receiving calls asking if we were interested in the vehicle. We repeatedly had to explain that we had already bought it. That alone should tell you how poor the internal communication is. As my arrival date approached, the experience actually got worse. The final salesperson assigned to me communicated in an incredibly rude and dismissive manner when I asked basic questions about the pickup process. When that interaction deteriorated, I was handed off yet again--this time to a manager. I kept that manager updated while traveling from the airport to the dealership and told him exactly when I would arrive. I respected his time. He did not respect mine. When I arrived, no one seemed prepared or even aware I was coming. I was asked to sit and wait while the staff appeared confused about my purchase. The same manager who had been messaging me beforehand came over, shook my hand, told me he had somewhere else to be, and immediately passed me off to someone else. That person then sat in the car with me and openly admitted that she knew nothing about the model. This was my first hybrid vehicle and my first car purchase, and I drove off the lot knowing absolutely nothing about the car, its features, the warranty, or even the basic operating information I should have been given. No walkthrough, no explanation--nothing. Ironically, if you look through this dealership's Google reviews you'll see happy customers posing with giant red bows on their cars, smiling in celebratory photos as staff members make a big moment out of their purchase. That's clearly the experience they want to showcase. My reality? I got a quick handshake, almost no explanation of the car I had just purchased, and was sent on my way. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. Fast forward to now (Purchased in Aug) the vehicle began exhibiting alarming issues. Today , the car started ringing warning sounds and would not accelerate beyond about 20 mph. When turned off and restarted, it would suddenly lurch forward and accelerate rapidly with very little pressure on the gas. This happened while I was driving on the highway with my children in the car, causing dangerous speed-ups followed by immediate slowdowns. It was genuinely frightening. When I contacted the dealership, they refused to take responsibility for the situation. Let me be very clear: I found the car myself, called them, offered my money, and practically handed them the sale. Despite that, they managed to mishandle every step--from communication, to pickup, to customer service afterward. During my visit they even tried to excuse the chaos by explaining that the salespeople who had been communicating with me had been let go. That explanation doesn't inspire confidence--it raises even more concerns about how this dealership operates and why they seem unable to retain staff. Between the disorganization, the disrespectful communication, the complete lack of professionalism at pickup, and now serious issues with the vehicle itself, I regret ever doing business here. If you value professionalism, safety, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. I MISS Volkswagen so much!

I had a genuinely positive experience purchasing my vehicle, which makes what followed even more disappointing. Less than six weeks after the purchase, the car completely died. I contacted Car Loft multiple times, and despite leaving messages and being told the issue was documented in my file, I never received a callback. I'm assuming it wasn't intentionally ignored, but it certainly speaks to professionalism and their commitment to their vehicle purchases. Two weeks after that repair, the vehicle is now making another concerning noise, creating yet another urgent and costly situation. This time I was finally able to get someone helpful on the phone, and they were not interested in taking a look to see if they could even help, let alone offering assistance in any other way. There are hundreds of other places to get your car from. Pick one that stands by the vehicles they sell! It's not worth the headaches.

I was in a pinch after a car accident and my insurance benefits were running out. They got me into a car, reasonable price and payments. But failed to disclose that it was a repo and had "structural damage". When going through the contract, I was just told sign here, here, here, no explanation of what we were going over. When I noted it on the paperwork (as I was initialling the area), I was told it was a typo and theyd fix it. The salesman left with the documents, came back, and we continuedsome thing. I assumed he had corrected something. About a week into having the car, I noticed, warning lights that didnt clear in ACC when cycling keys, etc. I emailed the dealership about it, and he told me to contact the guy who safetied the car (Cormier Auto), so I left a voicemail for them, no response. Three weeks to the day after purchasing the car, Im in Canadian Tire because the front brakes locked up, and we found an oil leak that led to the discovery of engine casing being cracked. THE CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED A SAFETY!!! A week after this, the car wont start. I've been in touch with the dealership, the shop that did the safety, and the lender.... They want me to send the car back to them to assess, leaving me with no vehicle. I live 3hrs from the dealership. I live in a small town with no public transit. Not possible. I have no way to get to work, the grocery store, nothing. Ive sunk all available funds into this vehicle otherwise I'd have it towed back to their lot. Im filing a lawsuit, and bringing in MTO. They cannot be allowed to get away with this.

I drive off the lot and knew something was wrong I couldn't drive the car strait. I pulled off called my dad very upset and didn't know what to do. Had them come get it and they didn't put an alignment into my car. Unsure how it past a safety like that. About a month in my car would randomly turn off while driving. Something was wrong with where I put the keys. Of course not covered in warranty 1,000$ to fix. Soon later my exhaust went 1,100$ to fix. Not long after that I was hearing an awful noise if I was doing over 60 catalytic converter was done because of where it is in this car it was going to be between 2,000-2,500$ during the time of saving up I kept hearing something smash off the ground if I hit the smallest bump turns out my subframe was completely broken in half I had only had this car at this point for 8 months and was told there was no way I had drove this car hard enough to break this in 8 months if the frame wasn't already soft to begin with. It's clear to me it had a fake safety or something on it. So many other things went wrong with this car. A car that I was meant to have for FOUR YEARS lasted me 8 months. I'm 23 years old and you took advantage of me for having no credit. Shame on you. I'm very lucky I had family willing to help me pay this POS off or I would have been screwed. Do yourselves a favour and don't go here. I went to Kia in Belleville and they were willing to help me before paying this off even showed up so it still said on my credit I had poor to no credit. Need a car is a joke and not worth your money. They didn't even try and say sorry to me for everything if anything they were mad at me because I didn't want to renew and get a new car there....
