These guys are milking my insurance and waisting my rental car time. Been there two weeks and haven't done one thing. Had a 6 inch crease in my driver side rear (suicide) truck door. Stated I likely wouldn't use insurance. Quoted me $1750. Including 24 hours of labor and things like mirrors, handles, cab, front door, truck box and vehicle diagnostics. Also $650 worth of paint. Then stated i would have to use insurance for that. Was informed it could be much lower, but don't accept my insurance....Progressive. Went to a place that specializes in dents. Pulled it out using suction in 15 seconds. No charge. Almost unnoticeable. Same place will get the last tiny crease out for under $300. read more

If I could give this business a 0 that would be my rating. On the 4th of July, I was backing out of my garage and clipped the side of the door and broke my passenger side mirror on my Mercedes. I checked it out went to Youtube and figured out that I probably only needed the mirror lens and backing plate since the signal light and the retractor function worked fine. The exterior mirror housing was loose; but, I didn't want to touch that until I had it assessed. To cut to the chase on this story, I drove to Auto Perfection requested an estimate told them I was paying for this repair out of pocket and that I suspected I had just broken the lens/backing plate assembly. Thirty minutes later I received an estimate to repair the mirror in the amount of $1,567.88. The estimator told me it was the worst-case scenario and she wouldn't be able to tell until she took the housing off etc. when they got it in the shop. So I decided to call the business who serviced my cars for over the last 10 years and I called the Mercedes dealer to get the price of the lens/plate part. The part cost me $218.00. I took the part over to Auto Sport, on Montgomery St., Savannah, GA. I gave it to Kyle, the owner, he walked to my car took off the housing, popped out the broken lens/ backing plate assembly and snapped the new one in place in less than 5 minutes. Everything worked great and Kyle refused to charge me because it took him about 5 minutes. So the next time you go to pay your auto insurance bill and you wonder why you have to keep paying so much and you have a good driving record. Think about what some of these auto body shops are charging your company and after you read this story you might start to understand why. I would NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!!!! I came to them with an aftermarket front bumper that needed paint and install. At first I was told they don't do aftermarket parts like that cause they can be more trouble then it's worth. After thinking it over and crunching numbers Danny decided to take on my project, I could not be more happy with the results. This is going to be a hell of a first review! I guarantee their clientele are just not yelp users, but they have a lot of quality work for people and businesses in the area. I will immediately call this place for any auto body work in the future. They helped me negotiate with Progressive - and on a totally separate note - communicated to a dealer the details of damage from a previous accident I was unaware of, all while constantly keeping me updated and pushing it through in the most timely fashion possible. All-in-all they helped me save close to 3k I am positive. Not to mention Enterprise is a few stop lights up and has no problems running up there to pick you up. My husband stumbled upon this place while driving down Hwy. 80 in Pooler and on a whim stopped by to see if they could tell him how to fix a scratch he had on his bumper for which he bought the paint match and a file for from the dealer. Well they didn't show him how to fix it because they did it for him, for free. Yes, for free. He was very surprised and quite happy. Therefore we took my car in for a minor dent and related scratches that we had previously gotten quotes on that were just too much to consider. Auto Perfection's quote was almost 1/2 of what other body shops quoted and even though they were just going to file out and repair the scratches, they actually repaired the dent as well. We can not sing their praises enough. Amanda, the estimator made it her mission to see that the work was perfect and Danny (an owner) was super excited to show us how well it turned out. We can not recommend this place enough.
