I am really happy I decided to stop in and have Rainbow's Paint & Body take a look at my rear spoiler which needed to be repainted. I did a walk in and immediately George had time to inspect and issue me a quote. I returned back the following week and Preston provided me a few options as originally the shop would need the vehicle for 2-5 days; however, we ended up unbolting the rear spoiler and he took it to repaint. Today my daughter picked up her vehicle at your RAINBOW location. The car was to be detailed because it was stolen and it should have been done to be sure no drug residue, like fentanyl was left behind which can KILL with just a TRACE amount of product left behind. The car was not detailed and smells awful. Paid for work was not performed. They are supposedly a top rated repair shop. The solution from RAINBOW was to do it herself or have someone do the work and bring you the receipt. How is this a workable solution when obviously the RISK of contaminating herself AND her children EVERYDAY WILL BE A DAILY RISK UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED? As the company's name is RAINBOW we wonder if it implies ALL colors of the RAINBOW will be serviced EQUALLY. Obviously, they do not. If we had known this service was not done, we would not have pd for it. Word to the wise, DO NOT PAY RAINBOW ANYTHING UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE ALL WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION. read more

My best friend and I decided to take a trip to Savannah from Tuscaloosa Alabama and we got into a car accident while we were here. After days of calling the insurance company and multiple body shops we were at our wits end. We took it to a tire shop and they told us we should not drive it 7 hours. All of the body shops refused to take us due to all of them being booked out until August-July. We needed to get home to Tuscaloosa and back to college so we made one more phone call. Despite the shop being at full capacity Rainbow's Paint & Body told us to come in so they could take a look. THEY DID MORE THAN TAKE A LOOK! Belinda and George are scamners. never fixed my cd player they broke and the bumper paint doesnt match the portion of the vehicle that they painted. u reliable and not responsive. Belinda has bad customer service and bipolar anger issues and attacked us and spitted on wife. George lies so much and covers for employees. he never does vehicle quality checks. manipulates the customer to think they did something wrong but it's the shop that will jack up your car and blame it on customer. came back and forth for final pickup over 4 times for 10 different errors. as of date errors still not fixed. read more

I took 18 yr old Ls 430 to Rainbow Collision you can imagine the chips and dents. Front bumper had cracks, terrible dents on roof, etc! I went to pick it up today it is beautiful they really did a fine job I have nothing but praise for the fantastic job they did! read more

My friends and I were visiting Savannah, GA for the first time and to our dismay, encountered an issue with our rental car...the trunk would not close. After checking w/ our wonderful hotel staff (Hilton Gardens Airport), we were referred to a nearby Goodyear in Pooler. A very nice woman by the name of Terri apologized for not being able to assist us; but, in turn, referred us to Rainbow Paint & Auto Body Shop. Once there, the ladies, in the front office, were most gracious and called upon a gentleman, Hal, to assist us. Hal immediately discovered and repaired the problem. He politely refused to accept payment, even when we offered to at least buy him lunch. He simply said "No need ladies...enjoy your stay in Savannah!" And that we did...thanks to you, Hal! Save yourself. Find somewhere else. Anywhere else. Panels they installed don't fit properly and the trim pops off all the time. They raised my hood to high without the supports connected and dented my quarter panels. I left it there for them to fix and they painted the hood??? Not the panels they dented. Every time I took it back they messed something else up. After about 3 instances of this I cut my loses and took it somewhere else. read more
