They gave me an outside date by which they would be able to take the car because they were backed up. The called ahead of the date, and after I delivered the car they were prompt, thorough, and while the car was there called me twice to give me updates. Their work was outstanding and they definitely had my best interests in mind when figuring out what to do and how to do it. I would absolutely go back there for any other work I needed done, ( hopefully never).

They took the car for another two weeks, and it came back nice and shiny, but with overspray EVERYWHERE. it took me two days with 303 cleaner and a scotchbrite pad to clean off the excess paint. Now, 2 years in the paint is still blistering. I thought of contacting Lamar yesterday as I'm a neighbor and drove by seeing a customer vehicle open to the elements (heavy rain). His response was disgusting and unprofessional. I'm so sorry I recommend his shop to so many people. I thought the issues with my car were just a one off thing, but it turns out the owner is just a jerk.

I pointed out the wires hanging and they were just tucked back in by hand. Just to fall out when I drove off. So based on that I went supermarket shopping only to learn that the trunk won't close that was rear ended. So the car then needed to be towed back here. Communication was not the best and I would call to get information constantly. Since parts had to be ordered and the car was a year old the process took seven weeks. All the while no communication and they have my vehicle sitting outside in the back of the building. When it was ready they called and I left my rental there to get picked up. Only to later find out the trunk still did not close. So I have to bring it back and they said it will be awhile. Well since I no longer had a rental I had to wait. Thankfully it was only a couple hours not a half a day. The accident was bad but this place doing the repair just added to my pain and aggravation. The only positive is they worked with the insurance company to get paid.

I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. When we arrived they were very busy, but took the time to look at it and ask if I could wait for a while to get to it, but with in 15 min's they had it in the shop and with in 20 min's had it mended and maked sure it was safe to drive back to Atlanta. When he came in to give me the keys and I ask for the bill, he said that there would be NO charge, because it had already put a damper on our Visit and hoped it we could enjoy the rest of the our stay in Savannah.
