Service was relatively fast on my car. It took a little longer to get the part in then they originally estimated, but it was no big deal. The service guy was friendly and gave us all of the appropriate parts options to fix the mirror. The actual mirror replacement took about 30 minutes. My only real complaints about this place are the hours and the reception. This shop is only open 8-5 Monday-Friday....which is exactly when many people are at work. I had to take time off of work twice to get my mirror replaced. As for the receptionist, she is a bit rude on the phone and in person. She is also not knowledgeable about the other staff or the work being done there. Overall: they do good work as long as you have the time.

Dramatic decline in communication, workmanship, and general customer service…read more We have used Hollingsworth for the past 20 years for various vehicle repairs - ranging from small to very extensive. I can't begin to accurately describe the decline in overall experience. In August 2025, a car ran a light and damaged the driver side of our son's vehicle. Based on past experience, we selected Hollingsworth to do the repairs. This turned out to be a mistake. 11 months after Hollingsworth took receipt of the truck it is finally complete. Over these 11 months, numerous deadlines were missed, emails and phone calls not returned, poor workmanship with significant redo, and the overall feeling that they did not appreciate our business and were completely bothered by any inquiry regarding the status of the vehicle and missed promised deadlines. At one point, we asked to speak with the owner/manager and never received a return call. It was an astounding level of disregard. As a Savannah family who relied on this business for decades it is incredibly sad to see this decline in customer care and quality. Hope they can right the ship but, until then, suggest you avoid.

I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

The car was not detailed and smells awful. Paid for work was not performed. They are supposedly a top rated repair shop. The solution from RAINBOW was to do it herself or have someone do the work and bring you the receipt. How is this a workable solution when obviously the RISK of contaminating herself AND her children EVERYDAY WILL BE A DAILY RISK UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED? As the company's name is RAINBOW we wonder if it implies ALL colors of the RAINBOW will be serviced EQUALLY. Obviously, they do not.
