They don't even deserve a star , but is good that…read morepeople knows the way they do business ....we took our trailer to get a simple repair, they said it was going to take only one week to fix it, we called several times to check and nothing, after 5 weeks we finally went in person only to find out they didn't do anything and they were lying to us, every time we called they said we were next. I know that it was a small repair, less than 1500 and if they couldn't do it they should say that, if they lie every time in small things I just wonder how many more lies about everything else.

To make matters worse the service department was run by a very abrasive person for example, while I was standing at the counter one of his employees asked him a question, and he completely rolled his eyes at a technician. When he got there, he sat and ate and talked on the telephone, and was charging me $100 per hour? When he got there I had most of the work done, he didn't seem to know what to do, it took him about an hour and a half to do a 15 minutes maybe 20 a minute job,! I'm not sure how he calculated the mileage? hours! But according to Google it was only 37 miles. I had been quoted a price of $362, which I thought was he lied and said he had been there four hours! when I was done he demanded $785! And wouldn't let me leave ,until I paid!he didn't use the proper tools, and I had to re tighten the lug bolts on my motorhome! This is the worst service I have ever seen! Do not in any case call them!
