Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone! I can't say enough great things about the service I received here. I highly recommend this shop if your European car needs a repair!

My truck was in limp mode so I was able to drive it back. The dealer was along the way so I stopped there. When the dealer told me what happened I called firestone. Who said they'd get back to me. They didn't. When I finally got ahold of the manager, he was a condescending prick who obviously didn't want to talk to me. On my original contact that person failed to tell me not to have it repaired and since the manager never called back, I proceeded to have it repaired. Now they deny any responsibility. My experience was a simple oil change that they took 90 min to perform and when I asked why the check engine light was on, they told they didn't know and to put black electric tape over it to cover. If they were the last mechanic on earth, I'd opt to ride my bike. Be warned and go elsewhere.
