VERY happy with service here. I have found the Lincoln service to be top notch - they are timely,…read morehonest and helpful. This is my first Lincoln, and I would be inclined to buy another here when the time comes!

I am very disappointed with Sarat Ford and would not recommend buying a car from them. I recently…read morepurchased a 2024 Toyota Venza from them online due to a 2 hr driving distance. It was advertised to be in brand new condition, with low mileage, so I agreed to purchase it, based on the information and pictures the salesman provided. Later down the line in completing the sale, the salesman disclosed that there was a scrape on the rear quarter that hadn't been identified in the pics they sent me. They wanted to charge me an additional $600 to do the body work. I declined the repair because any other dealership I've bought from before, has always included ding and scrape repairs as part of the agreed upon sales price. When the car was delivered, it was raining, so I didn't inspect further. The next day, I noticed that there were also two small dents on the same side and rear which had never been disclosed by the salesman. I took the car to an auto body shop I trusted and was given an estimate of $1638.44 to repair everything. I communicated this to Brian Foley the Sales Manager along with a copy of the estimate. He eventually responded that they would reimburse me only $1000 towards the repair, which I reluctantly accepted, since I was already in for the $600 scrape. It has been over a month and no check from Sarat Ford. Brian Foley has not returned multiple voicemails and emails from me to find out what happened. I also complained through the Dealership website and got NO response! This is how they treat no-hassle, slam dunk, cash customers? BUYER BEWARE... these people are apparently not trustworthy to do business with!

Front end dipping and bouncing. I went to the dealer because I wanted the work done right. I've paid hundreds in rental fees and now will have to bring it somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. I do not trust my car there after there is black paint marks all over it and a dent. Looks like they backed into something and hit the side and tailgate. Emailed, called and text and no follow up since April 15th.

It used to be a good company but, unfortunately, it has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Most recently, I made an appointment for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I explained that I would drop the vehicle off late in the afternoon on Tuesday and pick it up on Wednesday -- and I made clear that I needed it back by 1:30 Wednesday afternoon. I was assured that this would not be a problem. When I dropped the vehicle off, the service rep volunteered that he was aware that I needed the vehicle by 1:30 the next day. He said that this would not be a problem, as my car would be the first one in the next day. He said that the service rep handling the vehicle would be Alexandra, and shortly thereafter I received a text confirming that information. The next day, I called Alexanda shortly before 1:30 to confirm that the vehicle was ready. Alexandra said that they were backed up and that the vehicle would not be ready until later in the day. She said she had tried to call me to let me know this. When I asked what "tried to call" meant, she said she had left me a voicemail. In fact, there was no voicemail and no other communication from Balise that day. When I asked why the vehicle wasn't ready -- even though I had explicitly stated that I needed it by 1:30 and even though the car was at Balise from the moment they had opened that morning -- she replied that she didn't know that I needed it by 1:30. She claimed she was unaware that I needed the vehicle by 1:30 -- even though: 1) the rep whom I spoke with when I dropped the vehicle off confirmed that it would be ready by then; and 2) she had just admitted that she had tried to call me to advise me that they were backed up and the vehicle would not be ready until later in the afternoon. Incompetence is bad, but lying just makes its worse. Unfortunately, I have had several similar experiences at Balise in the recent past. Against my better judgment, I thought I would give them one more chance. That proved to be a mistake.
